The place was spaceious for an apartment in london, it was clean and the location was perfect; in the shopping street and near 2 undergound stations and 3 bus stops not to mention the hyde park and edgwar road.. totally love it.

Mayfair is a good location but this is not a good part of Mayfair. The staff we met on site were friendly but could not actually do much when there was a problem.

The only problem was the lift.. it was old style and very small.. we had problem with my child trolly.. it hardly fit inside the lift.
Cleaning a bit sub standard, old lift needing doors to be manually
closed meaning not always available, annoying when on 4th floor! A bit
noisy but understandable for location.
1st of all its not a hotel at all its a flat there is no reception , room service nor housekeeping , when i checked in the room wasn't clean at all it smelled very bad , the bed was very small . The lift is very bad kidz cant use it alone , it wasnt working for 2 days , it shouldnt be considered a hotel.

Felt very confined and not very secure given this is a completely self service arrangement. The bathroom was tiny.

We booked two apartments and had them confirmed - The company who manage Mayfair One failed to let us know that there was an electrical problem in one of the apartments and only told us when we turned up leaving one of us stranded in London with nowhere to stay. Their customer service was shocking and had little sympathy for our situation. Avoid if you want to guarantee that you will have a room when you arrive in London.
A subway line runs beneath the building making lower floors noisy. The area overall is quite noisy. There is much better value elsewhere in Mayfair and throughout London.

to add, did not get a change of my room email - and the emergency number was really helpful of saying " i can not do anything to you, you room has been changed " great line.

i asked for 2 single beds i had to sleep with my son (18 yrs) in a double bed
the flat was in the basement i didnt know about that it was a schock for me i have paid to much money to live for 6 days in the basement .with the same amount of money i could live in a hotel with full service and with 2 single bets!!!!.
had to move all the heavy furniture
to put up bed for child.
Hotel was undergoing external renovations which meant there was scaffolding along the whole external perimeter. This in turn was surrounded by plastic sheeting blocking any views. Only a formal complaint led to partial reimbursement.
