  We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all.   Absolutely nice connection with center of London, you need only 1 bus toget there. The best value for money payd. Internet in lobby and sometimes in room. - The price, it was extremely good value and although not quite what I was initially expecting, it was good value for the money we paid and in actual fact we only slept there as we were out sight... what people say » seeing all day so it was just somewhere to lie our heads and freshen up.

  A very pleasant hotel ideally situated just three minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out and came back to pick it up later.   The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient. I did ask her where the lift was, to which she replied that they did n... what people say » ot have a lift, but she did point out to me that this was all mentioned on the website, I checked later and sure enough its there in black and white s - - The mezzanine level to the bedroom - the room was beautiful, and still had character despite being newly renovated - the big shower - the modern bathroom - the table and chairs in the room - the view from the window - the tea-making facilities - the wifi - plenty of toiletries (but see the other side for a downside) - friendly staff when we arrived and left - excellent value for money - the decor and standard of room was great for the price, we would definitely recommend to all friends and
