helpfull staff. nice and polite. well organized. easy to reach the hostel which is literally only 5' walk from great portland street. very close to the center. there is a bar inside the building offering drinks, snacks, pizza, breakfast, sandwiches at reasonable prices. the bedroom and the lobby were clean. the entire building is in good conditions. For an midle age man i was a bit worried to find myself inbetween teenagers but arriving there i was surprised to find that all guest ages was different and well mixed The hotel itself was wonderfull and clean and close to oxford circus and all the shoping street This is the first time i slept well in a hotel in london.
