I'm trying to get a copy of my invoice from boutiquelondon lets. As there weren't any staff around to "check-out" with I've emailed them but nothing forthcoming and I need it urgently to claim expenses.
Check in service via outsourced remote call centre was abysmal. We objected having to call 3 times on premium rate to get door entry code. Make sure you request your flat entry code before your arrival.
Double bed very small despite a sizeable bedroom.
Did not receive the e-mail with the security coed to let us in and sim cards in our AT&T phones was not Great Britain-friendly, but problem fixed quickly. The apartment could use a few blanket/throws for lounging around.

No elevator. Sofa bed sub-par condition (sunken in the middle).
Confusing instructions regarding code access plus physical keys.
A maintenance issue was difficult to resolve.
No mention of lots of stairs with no elevator.
there were a few problems with things not working properly, the apartment on close inspection was a little shabby and slightly run down.
Everything felt cheap.
The fact that there is no staff is very bad, also I was not informed that there was not elevator which caused alot of problems for me.
the blocked toilet; the less-than-clean cutlery and kitchen utensils; the less than acceptably clean kitchen worktop; the leaking roof which led to water pouring from the ceiling; the moving to another apartment at 10pm and its position away from my chosen location; the fact that it took five hours to respond to our emergency and the seeming indifference of the staff to whom I reported the leak.
The apartment was on a busy street of which was very noisy considering the traffic and a large construction site across the road. The facilities within the apartment had been well used - no markings on the cooker so not sure what temperature the oven was to be set at. For my experience it was a poor location and is totally different from the photo's on their web site.
There is a major construction site directly across the road and the
noise and vibration is horrendous during the day. The washing machine
door lock broke on our last night with clothes locked inside - we
could not get any help as the duty manager could be contacted. Basic
safety items such as the fire blanket had been removed from its holder
in the kitchen.
Every thing was bad.the smell and the design was totally different than the pictures we saw.i didn't like it at all.
