This is a great place to take a family. They have a room just for families to hang out. Very comfortable feel. The staff was very flexible with our arrangements. Clean, comfortable, good value for money in an ideal location. Perfect for my needs.The room was sapcious and well furnished, also breakfast was good. Good personal service - very helpful. The shower is brilliant!I like the survice of the staff,he's really kind and nice!.

Floorboards above my room were creaky which affected my sleep.As usual continental breakfast was poor. Yes,my single room was on the 4th floor without lift,and was trather small.But the othher rooms in my group was much more comfortable.I don' recommend the small single rooms in this hotel,they are uncomfortable.The floorboards of the room above were very noisy - so much so that we were woken up several times. Had to wait for breakfast since there was not enough tables.hot small noisy room. bed a little small for those over six foot. There is no a blanket cover and rather cold in the room. Hotel is good for those who are just for bed and breakfast. noisy as no air condition and window had to be left open or use fan.Asked for non-smoking room but room smelt of smoke. I went both days at 845 no room! never had any breakfast as girls said it closed at 9am? The room we were given was directly behind the reception area and everytime the phone rang or they went in and out of the reception area it was very noisey. the blankets, bed coverings and bed sheets ned to be changed; they seem to be old.They don't care about changing the sheet in the morning.My firt day I found some hairs on the sheet and I was desapointed. Breakfast a bit boring. Every morning the same menu. If you don't want to be fat very quickly, you better take your own breackfast. But the staff in the canteen is ok,.. excellent. Requested not to have a basement room on booking, yet found was booked into a basement room. Staff agreed to move me when I stood my ground.Mains power not working in room. Mentioned at reception but not fixed. we were at the 4th floor without elevetor..breakfast room very small so had to wait until vacant table. The diversity of breakfast. Very dirty window with very unfreshed curtains. The shower was not cleaned at all during our stay in the hotel. The room was very small (to small for twin room) located on the fourth floor and there is no lift. Our bed was uncomfortable, they should renew it.The pillows were very flat... The check-in time was at 1100. I arrived at almost 1400 and the room was still not ready. The sheets were dirty and the pillows at hairs on them with no pillow case. So after walking 4 flights of steps with my luggage I had to wait another 15 minutes for my room while the staff vaccumed.
