The apartment was absolutely excellent;clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower was fantastic, heated towels, utensils in kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, Good location within easy reach of shops and underground stations. Worth every penny and very highly recommended. Will stay here again in the future. Privacy was always respected, and presentation of the rooms was impeccable. Also very helpful with baggage storage while room was not ready.

Nothing at all, the staff were able to resolve a few minor problems very efficiently (the microwave oven in our room did not work, and within five minutes it was replaced with no fuss!). Noise of other residents, but that is not the hotels fault. Had to wait when we went to check in at 3 pm because the room hadn't been cleaned. We were told a number of staff were on sick leave that day. Staff at reception were friendly and apologetic. They did get the room ready and in clean condition quickly. The pub next door makes the unit a bit noisy but it quitrent down at night. Not as luxurious as advertised.It would be nice to have more cutlery and plates as well as tool items for the kitchen like a toaster. 2 bottles of open water and half empty glasses on table when we walked in apt. The apartmnet was situated on a busy main road which was very noisy. It was also very hot which meant you had to open the windows but could hear the noise of the traffic which was constant. Didnt get much sleep which as a business traveller isnt good. Very noisy area. Price. It is expensive. apartment entrance was grimly decorated and still smelled of smoke as clearly converted from once a soking room. No bedside lamp. Location is not great next to run down pub but above a tescos so ok for getting groceries when eating in; too far for tourists visiting central London but accessible for price/value. The apartment was sold as a deluxe, but we didn't think it was a deluxe.It was not really that clean and the sheet on one of the beds had astain mark on it. We think people who had reviewed the accommodationmust have had a much nicer appartment than we had. Service not brilliant and extremely noisy although not fault of hotel.Also quite expensive - my friend stopped there few months before and gotit a lot cheaper for some reason!. The artwork consisted of photographs with an "adult" theme, which seemed inappropriate. It was also further out from central London than we anticipated (although that was my fault, not that of the hotel). The biggest concern was that the apartment smelled of smoke and we had a feeling that the carpets could have benefitted from some deep cleaning. No milk,tea or coffee, no soaps etc and the TV did not work. Pillows were poor and doors between rooms slammed everytime they were opened. It was not as described on the Internet. Bedroom/bed was too small. Area was noisy. The sitting room was so small the sofa bed cannot open leaving my son tosleep on a two seater sofa.There was no microwave and toaster in theflat and when I request for them none was supplied for 24 hrs and thenthe toaster did not work and no replacement was given until I checkedout.On arrival I requested for a landline tel., Was advised of thecost,signified my acceptance it was not provided.
