Basically we got what we paid for and was situated in an area that made it easy for us to get around in London. Its not like you get a lot of comfort but we had a fine room for the four of us to hostel-prices and things worked. I guess you could call it Easy Staying. Service from the reception was very good, and the proximity to the main rail system was excellent. The hotel was clean and reasonably well maintained.Friendly receptionist. Close to tube. In quiet street. Polite, helpful, staff. Clean bathroom.Proximity to Earl's Court convention center. Basic room, en-suite and breakfast - get what you pay for. Ok for onenight - would not want to stay for a longer period.It was very convienient for the area. We found the male staff member on at reception very friendly and welcoming. an average hotel..Its ok if u r in london for 1 night for some important reason, not suitable for Holidays. the breakfast was adequate, it was okay for £50. Id have likes the room a bit warmer. The lift was not working and we were on the top floor. Could have done with a mini fridge in the room. The room was a bit crowded for 3 people.The toilet is small and the position of the WC is uncomfortable. The breakfast is not varied. The hotel room absolutely stank of stale cigarettes and the ensuite was so tiny that the sink was actually on the other side of the room. With the room being a triple room and it being shared by three friends this was not convinient as there was no privacy when having a wash!. Our accommodation was downstairs below street level and the only access stairs were extremely difficult to traverse especially with luggage. The shower screen was not full length and excess water was on the tiled floor. The breakfast facilities are a little cramped. Very limited breakfast.I would have prefered to check in and out at 10.00 instead of 11.00. The mattress was far too soft for me personally and left me with a bad back and insufficient sleep.The female member of staff appeared very unfriendly. No croissants for the continental breakfasts. Reception area was in the same place as breakfast area. Its t worth for 40 £ for double or twin room. crack in room window. Room was so small I could barely fit in the bathroom.Very cramped room in the roof space, became very hot. Reasonably clean although room smelt a little. It was small and had no tea making facilities and had no continentalbreakfast was just cereal and toast. Breakfast wasn't substantial (tea/coffe, 2 No slices of toast and small glass of orange juice). Dirty carpets, room not clean in general.
