Nice clean and definately good value for money. Close to Earls Court station and has good links around London. Staff very welcoming and helpfull. location and condition of room. great location, good price. Small but adequate single room. Clean toilet and shower. Staff friendly. Location very good. Didn't use the included continental breakfast as only staying 1 night and leaving early.

The reception door was not locked and the key to our room was in plain-sight meaning anyone of the street could have accessed our room. The window in our room (106) was cracked, taped-up and drafty.No lift, very small room and a dirty one. No closet. I wonder ... How did it get a three star qualification?. We were very disappointed with the 'hotel'- facilities very poor, room not very clean, phone not working, could hear everything from next room through walls, no cups to drink the tea/coffee in, no shampoo/shower gel, no extra pillows, lack of tv channels. Extremely basic to say the least.too much noise, really filthy bed, poor shower and amenities. I Want to give some feedback for this hotel.As other guests mentioned: the connection to the local transport is super, 10 points. The people at the reception are quite friendly (8 of 10)The bathroom is relativly clean (not more than 5 points). there is nothing to hang up the towels.The room is very small and the bed is blocking the way to the bathroom.they didn't change the sheets before we go , so when we arrive we found that they were dirty,we asked them to change them ,and they do so.
