I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in London.I can highly recommend this Hotel. Fantastic experience, we were upgraded to a 2bed suite and had all the room you could wish for. The staff were extremely efficient. Would definitely reccommend. The 5* is there for a reason!.

There must be locks on the connecting doors. could have been great with a room overlooking the Thames, the room was a bit dark not much light. . Flickering light in bedroom quite irritating. A tray stood outside doorfor full day. Even though stay was only booked for 6/01/2009 an amountof 169 pounds was requested by the hotel on 3/11/2008 from my creditcard. This created a lot of confusion on check out and was notappreciated by me. Why should I be out of pocket for more than twomonths and not be compensated for this? No credit yet!. Location not great. Air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't great. cooking smells from adjacent rooms and no pool. The carpet in the room needed cleaning , The view was poor...maybe they could vary the price according to the view?. a lot of things... too much to mention. car parking system. No refrigarator working,we had to change room the second day.W missed the third bed almost every evening room service did it after beeing warned.No five star accomodation service.Carpet was not as clean and Bathroom room not very clean. Room was to hot and we opened the window but the noise was very loud from the railway we could not control the room temp and were told there was nothing the hotel could do for the money i was very disappointed it ruined the holiday from lack of sleep.
