Everything was perfect, apartment was clean and location very convenient.all reviews »
The staff was very professional and the rooms comfortable. very clean, calm. The location. very nice hotel, very clean, newly refurbished, and a good location.Clean, very good place, not far from tube. Clean and tidy and well equiped. Easy to find from Islington and Highbury tube station and close to stadium, hence our reason for chosing the apartments. Apartment very modern, comfortable and immaculately presented. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Actually quite spacious for a small apartment in central london. Would definitely use again.very clean and conveniently situated for transport around London. Lovely, plain, clean apartment - perfect for an overnight stay for our family with three teenagers. Excellent bathroom(s) and kitchen facilities - all we needed. Good grocery stores and excellent take-away facilities nearby.Very modern apartment with good facilities and very clean at a good value. The comfort of the hotel. The location was perfect for the reason we were in London. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Good location, easy to find, helpful staff when collecting keys.flexibility over staying in a hotel. The price, considering the apartment's location was very good. The room was secure and had good facilities (fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and all cutlery/crockery). By London standards, this is absolutely outstanding accomodation in terms of room size and value for money. Kitchen , nice equipment of bathroom and the room with all needed things to prepare meals like home. excellent management response to a late night crisis of faulty lock on apartment door. It was very roomy and comfortable a good size and had handy shops nearby. it had everything I need at a good value for money. Privacy; good quality room for low price. Clean and new facilities. Friendly staff. There was a mix-up regarding my booking so I stayed for 2 nights in 2 different parts of London (hardly convenient!) - the first apartment was exceptional the second was very small, hot and noisy. It had all the basic needs, was good enough for a base to go out from, ideal for 4days stay...not any longer.Self-catering facilities were very useful!. Location was why I chose this hotel. It was close to everything I wanted to be, or have access to. The quality wasn't high-end but was adequate for my needs. It was cheap compared with other hotels in the area, but I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I've paid a cheaper rate at various BandBs and hotels with much nicer accommodation, but as mentioned, location was more important. It was nice to stay in a self contained apartment rather than a hotel for a change. I know the area very well so it was handy for me to be in the location of Islington. the apartment itself is very new and quite nice. I had my own kitchen so good if you like preparing your own food. The apartment is clean and all the stuff inside are new. kitchen facility. Clean and New. For the price it was reasonable. It was alright for somewhere to put myhead down for the night. Suitable for a budget trip. Location was central, apartment was clean and bright. Good kitchen facilities and well furnished. Easy to find and secure. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. Very helpfull staff, good communication. price. Nothing really.the shower room door did'nt close and when you flush the toilet a nasty smell comes out.but apart from that its a great hotel ***. pillows too soft. TV reception was unacceptable! We'd walked all day and planned to get back to watch the England match with a takeaway, but could hardly see the ball it was so bad!! Surprising as well many reviews point this out. A £20 set top box for the TV would sort it and allow digital quality viewing!! Would also recommend one more comfy chair for the lounge too, as one sofa is not enough for 5/6 people!. The location was slightly out the way. When booking the room the office location came up on the map not the apartment location. The noise levels. We were not warned that there would be loud building works going on from8am.... No chance to sleep in! ....And the hallway was covered inbuilder dust!. Uncomfortable bed. noisy road, could do with double glazing. Also bathroom drains need investigating - quite smelly!!. For me, the apartment was ideal. Others may find it a little small, but for the price it was good value. For short stays it would be fine for 1 or 2 people. no room service during 6 days, booked room far away from address mentioned on website, room situated next to very noisy street. We understood from the website that the apartment was within walkingdistance of St Pancras which it is not. You also said there was noparking nearby but you were referring to collecting the key - there wasparking almost directly outside the apartment and we would have broughta car if we had known. I wish the towels were a bit thicker and bigger. Picking up the key somewhere else. I missed some basic cooking ingredients avaliable in the kitchen, like oil, salt or sugar that are not very convenient to buy for a short stay. Also, a microwaves would be nice, as well as some cleaning tools, like a broom or mop, that were not avaliable. We'd also thank better information on how to get to their offices, as even people working in hotels near there couldn't give good indications. The room very loud from traffic outside, double glazing is required in the apartment. Very noisy. Building site. Key pickup inconvienient. The apartment in Islington was ok for the money but it was very hot and noisy. We stayed for four days, the towels and bedding were not changed once nor was the bins emptied. The process of paying for the place, getting the keys then traveling to the apartment was more of a hassle than its worth. And I wouldn't call it an apartment per say, it's a medium sized room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. No bed side lamp and TV reception was awful!. The quality wasn't high-end, but was adequate for my needs. The studio was very small and the mattress worn out. There was no internet access, or WiFi, nor clean laundry every day (just every three days). Rooms were clean on arrival, but not cleaned during my stay. The apartment is situated above a busy street and the traffic was noisy at times as the place wasn't doubled glazed. If you book this apartment please take note that the apartment is not at Warren Court as you might be lead to believe by the commentary via the site but is actually in Islington about 3 miles up the road. the website is totally misleading when it comes to location!!! the apartment is way down south beyond Vauxhall metro station on the other side of the river, whereas the online map shows it to be near Regent´s park but that´s only the "office" which in fact is merely a room with a desk in it! You have to first pick up the keys there and then it takes about 1 hour to get to the apartment!!!. Its location was to far away from euston. The appatment is in islington. the towels -so small and we had to use them for 4 days without replacement. I booked a double bed but we had two singles we had to push together, also when calling the office to ask for directions the line went dead, this was claimed to be due to a dead battery but I think it would only be right to call back on a landline rather than me having to call back 20mins later. No iron or ironing board. Also the Apartment was up by Highbury and Islington. Not Euston like they advertised. It was really small, and you can't see the size of the room from thepictures, there wasn's enough toilet paper for 3 days, and was a bit farfrom the underground. The bed was not comfortable. The towels were poor quality.A little bit far from tube station. the apartment is not in euston street..after you collect the key from euston street, you have to take the tube to three more tube station far and then walk another ,7,8 mins to get to apartment.it' sooooo far away!!!. The photos shown were a little deceptive as it is made to seem quiteluxurious, but it was very small. This is fine just for staying overnight, but for a long visit or more than one person it wouldn't beparticularly suitable. It was also a bit of a pain that I had to go toone place to get the key then travel somewhere else to go to theapartment. Also, the bed was dusty... The apartment was smaller than the photos led me to believe. We also requested a double bed and received two twin beds - nothing could be done about that when i called to enquire. It would have been a nice addition to have soap provided in the bathroom.Unfortunately the procedures for paying and collecting the keys was very complicated. 1st of all the contact details involved contacting someone on a mobile which was switched off when called. Then we had to go to a different location to the apartment to pick up the keys and then we had to pay cash after entering our credit card details on a web-site, which we weren't expecting. The apartment was a bit smaller than I expected. Needs double glazing..traffic noise was unbearable and started about 5am. noisy road, terrible mattress.
