Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay when we arrived we were upgraded to a fab room on a high floor looking over Hyde Park. I absolutely loved the Como Shambala meal and food options. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location. And the renovated bathroom was terrific.
