This is a very good hotel's choice: few minutes from Waterloo underground station and around 10 minutes walking up to London Eye. The room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there. I strongly recommend h10 Waterloo London!. It's a smart, spacious hotel decorated in a minimalist style and having chosen a room with a city view, we weren't disappointed. We appreciated the bathroom 'extras': a comb, shoe shiner and sewing kit amidst other things.

I couldn't iron my own shirt, there was no iron of ironing board in the room Wifi was very poor on my IPad - certain apps kept timing out. I tried in my room and in the foyer and the signal strength was generally erratic. There was nothing that did not meet our exp[ectations. A couple of times someone entered into my room without knocking at the door and I did not request room service. Wierd!. We stayed in room 302 and one of the windows didn't close properly, meaning that we had quite a bit of noise from the busy road outside. We've stayed in other rooms before and have not been disturbed by traffic noise where the windows/glazing work properly. poor design of curtains around the television,difficult to open and close. noisy air con. £ 17 pp for breakfast is very expensive if not on a business expense account. Very busy street even late at Night but then we are in the heart of the city. Nothing. Area was ok - seemed safe enough - on a bus route etc, close to Imperial War Museum but not many shops or restaurants in the immediate area but just a short distance from Waterloo. Told breakfast included but then said £17.50 each!. The location isn't the best but in London, you're not going to stay all day in the hotel. So it's fine. Nothing. -Rooms were a bit small -Housekeeping was not very friendly and always tried to come in and clean the rooms early. Nothing. No toilets on ground floor prefer choice of continental breakfast which would be a lot cheaper. The room service food wasn't great, and the price of the water in the mini bar was ridiculous. There's nothing we didn't like we loved everything. I didn't like that I only had a shower in the room rather than a bath. The food in the restaurant was very very poor and expensive. It cost me nearly £110 for a meal for two and it was below mediocre. I ordered a rare steak and it was medium to well and both the starter and main for both myself and my guest were pretty tasteless and not worth the expense - very very disappointing. Room service food terrible. hoovering before 9am in the in morning on a Sunday, and one of the cleaners knocking on the door at about 9 when check out wasn't until 12.00. Not well organised, and the only hotel I've ever experienced that in. At check in asked to take a seat made us feel hadn't got our booking even though provided email as confirmation. need more milks for tea & coffee. Breakfast very overpriced. Some traffic noise in the night. No drinking water in the gym.
