The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. The lounge area was wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was magnificent. The fruit and complimentary water were nice. There are many outlets with different country adaptors. The rooms are equipped with all that you need to do business in the desk. Quiet hotel, and very charming. Food is avail.
all reviews » It is a fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just few blocks from Harrods, Armani, Burberry, Lacoste and many other stores. The English architecture associated to well decorated rooms and an incomparable staff make Egerton our place in London. The room was beautiful and the service is excellent.
