It was clean, ikea-styled, everything worked automaticly, code to doors. Full kitchen equipment: oven, toaster, water heater. We had baby cot too. It is close to te East Ham city center, and East Ham underground station. The surroundigs is mostly indian, but we found it safety. Outstanding value for money and a higher level of service and spec than I was expecting. Really excellent touches such as bottled water and fresh fruit and flowers. When I had a query, the manager responded promptly and helpfully.
all reviews » The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had a lovely relaxing feel. Everything had been thought about and the manager was very helpful and always available when needed. Staff very understaning and very helpful night staff were very polite and sorted out the proplems and enjoyed my stay Greenwich . Apartment was beautiful, modern, well-equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Welcoming tea and coffee was very nice. Excellent facilities everything had been thought of did require more bedding but that was provided when asked for. The appartment building is brand new, very close to the District Metro line, quiet neighbourhood, friendly staff. Great value for money, could easily charge more. Will definitely look to use Apple Apartments again. the apartment looked exactly as in pictures and was very clean and had all basic equipment within. facilities, spacious room. comfort bed and sofa bed. nearby tube station and high street. Space in appartment - general facilities - kitchen well equipped. Wonderful location, Neat apartment and very nice staff. Size of apartment and facilities. Lovely place will stay again. Huge bed. The area was a little rough but it is East Ham so cannot really complain. The first apartment was not good and fair play to the got it sorted very quick . Surrounding (people on the street) is strange, but we had no problem. The area was a it rough but it was close to the metro and so easy to get around London. The hotel does not own a parking place. However, there is parking facility nearby, paid from Mo-Sat, free on Sun. that we didn't actually see any of the staff and we had to phone to get in to building, plus on the note, that was left for us, it was written that someone will come in next day to see us, but that never happened and again we had to phone to find out how we do a check out. location feel unsafe at night. Lounge area too warm with no natural ventilation nad no air conditioning. Nill. No parking. Did not meet any staff. Had to ring a phone nuber taped to front door. The area was a bit rough and we did not feel safe (considering that I was travelling with my family).Parking is just available at the end of the street (10 mins walk, not too easy to find one) and if you want to park in front of the hotel, you will have to pay £20 a day and it is still on the street. Couch not too confortable and floor very noisy. The apartment was nice but I would not stay again because of location. Too small for 4/5 people. No window in the living room. A ventilator made annoying noise in the living room whenever the light was on. Poor finishing. Requested 5th bed was a deflating airbed. No Reception or Staff on site, i had to guess on how to get in or who to call to get in the apartment. Little / no signage on the apartment to help locate the building. Not in a very nice area certainly wouldn't want a family or lone females to walk in the area at night. No parking what so ever in the area. the floor make a lot of noise and if the neighbours walk during the night, we wake up with the noise from the floor. This was the only bad thing to report but it is so bad that can take the costumers away. The floor above my room creaked constantly I never saw anyone from management the whole five days I was there. We arrived on a Saturday at midday and although letsbookhotel.com says that the desk is open everyday from 10:00 to 18:00 there was nobody there. We didn't have the code to enter and because my phone had some problems in London I had to walk to a pay phone to get information on how to enter the building. When we got inside, there was an envelope waiting for us, inside the envelope (which was inside the building) was the code number to enter the building and our appartment!. The noise. Light under door Light coming in through above sink. The wooden floors and the fact I was first apartment in the building so I had to put up with everyone talking and walking on the wooden floor first thing in morning. I had expected my room/bed to be done after first day (my naivety as it was an apartment. The area as not the nicest street in the world. I think for £100 per night it was too much money considering price of hotels were similar. when boarders on upper floors walk/move in their room, especially in midnight(sleeping time) it makes lots of disturbance. when i/we arrived in 13.45 on 4th June, front door was closed and got nobody in the reception and there was no message in my mail/front door how to enter the building or room, which kept me a long waiting there (in foot path) with my family for half-an-hour. everything, in particular the area and the staff.
