  The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. The location was not only ideally central it was also very picturesque being surrounded by the georgian buildings around the square.   I loved how clean it was and how it was just so close to everything, shopping centers, food places and the scenery. It was a little walk from the train station, but it was worth it. I plan to stay here again this summer. Especially b - The hotel was in an excellent location, close to shopping area, surrounded by different places to eat, quite close to the castle and old town. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, included possibility to make coffee and tea, there was even a bottle opener attached to the table :) The bed was big and comfortable, bathroom large and clean, the breakfast was simple, but well worth its price. This apartment hotel is reasonably priced and is brilliantly locate - Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. Very central location at the 'Lawnmarket' on the 'Royal Mile' in the Old Town, in the shadow of the castle itself - great for sight- seeing most within a very short walking distance and only a short bus ride to others.
