A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy. Bed was already made which is unusual for a hostel. -

The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -

The staff (2 different employees) went out of their way to support us on

Nicely maintained 2 bedroom apartment. Good restaurants and pubs in
area. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current
history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not
have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second
floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! And thanks in particular to the manager Raj, and reception staff Aleha and Sh'nai who bought my 5 year old son a birthday card and box of chocolates. A really nice t

Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w
