  Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. We would definitely ... what people say » return again. - The hotel was gorgous and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning excursions and with transportantion arrangements. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   Proprietor was very knowledgeable and helpful beyond the call of duty. I will stay there again. It's convenient for St. Pancras as well as British Museum, tubes and buses, with some pleasant cafes and pubs nearby. Not a very busy road so slept very well. - Friendly welcome and polite host.
