Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles which you could not take home . The staff , room and facilities were excellent, the staff were very helpful and took care of our every need. The breakfast was excellent, we throughly enjoyed our stay, and I have already reccommended the hotel to my friends and family.

As there were four of us in one room we were very pleased at the spaciousness of the room and also that there was a sofa, chairs and a coffee table.the hotel and the staff were excellent and helped with everything i needed. friendly staff! nice room very spacious! will be returning very soon. Location to shopping centres and above all a remarkable staff. the rooms on the fifth floor were very spacious and very clean although as we checked in another couple were demanding a refund so obviously not every one was happy or else there was a big discrepancy in the room standards. My room was non-smoking, but previous guests had obviously been smoking in the bathroom. had a room facing argyle street; this might be noisy for some, no shampoo provided. some shampoo would have been helpful, some info about the hotel and facilities and nearby attractions in the room would have been useful, and the raggy bits of bacon at breakfast were disappointing, but really I am just being picky here. There were no particular problems and nothing that would stop me using the hotel again. DECORATION OF ROOM A BIT TATTY. parking can be a problem as there is no free parking from 8am to 6pm. The wfi is only in the public areas, where there is always a racket from the PA in the bar. It plays all the time, whether there is anyone there or not.Room decor could do with freshening up. the hotel room was too warm.
