I only went on to check my emails and I was charged this much.Rooms and public areas could do with a refurb, but as it stands not bad!. The food was a little too "fancy" for us. Could do with a plainer choice on the menu in the resturant?. Room looked a little 'tired' and shower did not work. The beds were on wheels and moved about if you turned in them. It feels like you have gone back 20 years compared to other hotels. But it's cheap and it was clean. But then so is Premier Inn, which the first stop on the bus. Holiday Inn is usually better than this.Mini bar fridge was very noisy and woke me several times during the night. Walls were thin and you could hear neighbours clearly. the car retrieval process was poor. Uncomfortable bed. A bit lifeless. It is not clear that you have to pay for the courtesy bus to the airport or a taxi which at approx £10 adds considerably to the cost each way. Paying extra to use the airport shuttle bus seemed a bit harsh.beds were not comfortable. Crowded (but it was a long weekend) and a bit impersonal.When I tried to check in they couldnt find my booking for some time and I was made to feel as though I hadnt booked it at all and was being stupid, much rolling of eyes and sighing from the man behind the desk until he did eventually find it. The choice of food was minimal and there was to be over an hour wait for a space at the restaurant. The bus to and from the airport was very overpriced. The ceilings were low and the whole hotel had an uncared for feel about it. The beds were uncomfortable.The food was very pricey for the quality you received. hotel room very tired and in need of refurbishment. My wife got food poisoning from the room service food.Breakfast was uninspiring. Everything was extra- £3 each way per person for the shuttle bus to theairport, £10 parking charge for an Hour , just felt they were trying toadd charges every time you did anything.
