Friendly, hard working landlady. Comfortable, very clean room. Nice basket of toiletries. Worth spending maybe £10-£20 more than we did on our last Blackpool trip. Quality hanging baskets too!. Tim & Veronica were very friendly and could do enough for all guests staying. Welcomed us with a cup of tea and explained everything we needed to know. Will stay again. Lovely hotel nice people who run it. Near to all facilities Would def stop there again.
