was made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived nothing was to much trouble for the staff.we would definatly stay again was brillient value for money especally for the location only 10 min walk to the tower 2 min walk to the shops and beach but set back enough to not hear any noise from people coming back from nights out. The owner was very friendly & helpful. The full English B/Fast was good & very filling, apart from when the (Chef) burnt the toast ha ha. & set off the fire alarms but at least we know they work!! Central location to all the main attractions, clean and comfortable and very good value for money. basic stuff but clean and comfortable owner and staff very helpful and attentive if in this area again I would contact here first good value for momey. We enjoyed our stay staff made us feel very welcome on arrival and was very helpful when we returned that night. The two guys that run the place are great, lovely people, great location, already booking our 2nd trip back. Trying to find it haha took us nearly an hour as we didn't have a map but once we got there we knew which streets to take and found it straight away. Onsuite bathroom tiny, could do with re decoration. En-Suite needs replacing. Bedding needs replacing. Rooms a bit faded but value for the cost. Quality of bunk bed. That we had move to b&b next but didn't find out till point of arrival. Hotel needed a complete make over. room very poor,bathroom a discrace,food poor,bar never open. The bathroom was not cleaned. After had the confirmation when I arrived I haven´t my room, for a internet problem.
