This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Blackpool. Everything, staff were great, food was delicious this was our first trip to Blackpool and when we come back again we will be booking in at number one the hotels name says it all, was so relaxed and friendly couldn't have picked a better place.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in it was like a home from home the room was out of this world the staff were like family, the food was top quality and served with a smile. I like this hotel it’s a quiet place and private, the car parking is free, i like the stuff all polite and helpful, i like the lighting in the room that working with remote. The hotel is very cozy , clean , beautiful, family and up to date with room facilities , I would recommend it for people looking for a 5 star hotel in blackpool. the attention from the staff was first class.the quietness of the location but still on the main strip the room was spot on quality. No mini fridge. i didnt like leaving, thats all!. No hot water during the day and early evening, couldn't have a bath. Appreciate you are saving water and power, but in a luxury hotel I wanted the luxury of a bath, especially on a cold November day. We were a bit far out from the centre of blackpool would have been nice to be more central.Nothing negative to say . Nothing. Dried blood stain on pillow case. Nothing. All was outstanding!. N/A. nothing. A bit too hot and couldnt turn bathroom radiator down. nothing. Blackpool itself. Leaving. letsbookhotel.com hadnt passed over the fact we booked as 2 adults and 1 child. Stayed at another hotel a week later and that was the same, letsbookhotel.com hadnt passed over the full info on occupants. No room service and didn't like that breakfast was only served between 7am and 9am. Very poor location, didn´t get the room we paid for without insisting,depressing view. Wrong information about cancellation policies from staff at reception. Impossible price regarding the location. Nothing.
