we liked the fact we were away from the main centre of town so no disturbed nights sleep and the tram stop was just at the end of the road so we didn't need to use our car for the weekend. Also the reception we got from staff was great very nice and friendly. Adam was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everywhere was extremely clean, room was basic but good. Breakfast was lovely, and all the staff made our 3 children very welcome.

The owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was yummy and the bar facilities were brilliant too. Very satisfied and would definitely return :). The owner Steve was friendly. Location good for family, in that you are not at the centre of all the buzz, but you are not far away, transport system very good, far better than LOndon. We stayed in the family room It clean with bath and hand towels the food was nice and staff we friendly too. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. breakfast. Breakfast was between 8:30am and 9am. would prefer a longer duration as i had to get up earlier than that to shower etc. Nothing. The shower was too hot for the children with no way of turning to cold without it going off completely. N/A. Well my wife won the jackpot on fruit machine needless to say the hotel manager showed that he wasn't happy infact he rubbed it in to her each time he seen her which therefore took the shine off the holiday . Shower on family rooms in loft not very warm. nothing. Nothing i didn't like. The hotel is under new management and undergoing a refurb. The communal areas were very nice but the room left a lot to be desired. On the surface it was clean but could do with a good spring clean on closer inspection. Stuffy, the carpet, breakfast could be better if more variety,. The decor needs some updating. You pay for what you get, the rooms were small, and cold, they were clean however, but overall I would not stay there again, or indeed encourage anyone to, just pay a bit extra and get some value, the website was misleading as to the size of the rooms. old fashioned, shower was a trickle floor was creacky, room was tiny,bedding ancient, tv ancient, no central heating came on so was cold.
