Everything ! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome ,consequently we were more than happy to while away a few hours in the bar .David was chatty ,fun and fabulous and Gloria was charm personified with a knowledge of rugby and Bradford football unparalelled ! We were made very welcome by all the staff,the rooms are clean and
tidy,breakfast was great with a 9.30 to 10.00am service and not
rushed.the bar prices are cheap enough.the location is central and not
far from bars and clubs,car parks nearby we parked in the multi storey
at the end of lord street £16 for a week pass.all 9 of us in our party
would recommend this hotel.
Bar area is lovely and prices are really good, all the staff are
friendly and made us feel really welcome especially Dave he makes that
bar. Really close to all the main areas (the promenade, attractions),
also offer discount tickets to funny girls at an amazing price. Already
working out what dates to go back!.
Everything, staff, rooms, breakfast, price, location pretty good not too far from the front, loved the ironing facilities on first floor, lovely clean smell as you walked in and the act that they had bedrooms where you can smoke was an extra bonus, will definitely go there again.
The room we had was quite large, with a double bed and a single one. Everything was spotless clean and plenty storage place. Breakfast was very good, and Robert was very friendly and recommended a place to go for evening meal. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about it ...it was 1st class from the start of our break till the end, the staff are amazing and make u feel the most welcome ever..myse;f and my friend had the best time ever and cant wait to book up again.
Liked everything staff were very friendly Barman David and Alex were fantastic very chatty and helpful very clean and comfy had a fantastic time and would definitely book here again when next go to Blackpool.

Everything as always, spotless clean, staff and owners lovely, especially the lovely young lady who serves breakfast and cleans the rooms. Trays always full with plenty of tea & coffee.

Love this hotel came here a few years ago and still it's my
favourite place to stay in Blackpool never have any complaints The
owners are so friendly they make you so welcome.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are to die for! This is the only place i have ever pulled myself out of bed with a hangover to go down for breakfast.

The bar was not open late enough fri and sat shut at 12 and on sunday we
would have stayed in the hotel for the night to have a drink but the bar
was closed at 9.30.

Parking is the only problem, although they were very good and let us park in the other hotel, it wasn't exactly convenient, you could get lucky and park on the street if a space came up and there is a multi storey 1 minute walk away.

bar closing at 8 p.m in the evening, far too early.And a can of wd40 desperately needed for doors which at night creaked annoyingly. Saying that I would definitely stay there in the future.
