The management and staff were really friendly and helpful. they offered information and really made our weekend break as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. They told us about the fireworks display and how to see the illuminations and directions to the shops. This was a big help when we were only there for a short time. Great stay. The hotel was clean, friendly, great location. Was quiet as well which was good as it ment we could sleep off our hangovers.
The room was lovely, comfy beds, and the staff were great kept asking if we needed anything, bins emptied everyday when needed, coffee making facillitys filled up when needed.
Really friendly welcome felt nothing was too much fir the proprietors. They were genuinely happy to make our stay pleasurable. Would stay again if we visit Blackpool again. Very clean and good value for the money, and a hearty breakfast to boot. EXCELLENT.
The friendliness of the owners and always there to help you have a nice holiday telling u were to go and directing u to places the rooms was spotless and the shower was nice and hot the breakfast was spot on aswell I would deffo stay there again.
Very clean, warm and comfortable lodging. We are in Blackpool twice a year and tried many othe B&B in this area. Brene Hotel is for sure is the best. 5 min walking from Blackpool North railway station and 10 min to city centre.
The hotel was great it was the first time in blackpool me and that what made the weekend special . The breakfast was great and the rooms where fantastic . they made you so welcomed.
Keith and Colin are very friendly and helpful on whatever we need. The rooms are cosy and clean. Food is lovely. Would definitely come back when we visit blackpool again.
The hotel was spotless. The owners couldn't do more to help or make you feel welcome. The bed was amazing I've never slept so well away from home. Breakfast was great.
