very welcoming staff, nothing to much trouble for them, felt really looked after. Very friendly staff, great disabled facilities, closeness to blackpool prom. would definitely stay there again for longer. The location was perfect for all Blackpools attractions, the staff werefriendly and the Hotel was proffesionally run.The hotel was clean and tidy with friendly staff ,we had a buffetbreakfast where you could eat as much as you liked. The staff were amazing they treated us with open arms as if we already knew them and nothing was ever a problem.The lady was so kind every request seemed to be met - she was excellent. The staff were helpful. The proximity to the waterfront was very good.Buffet Breakfast. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.clean rooms, a good choice of breakfasts, quiet hotel. no noisy party goers in the night. Nice pleasant staff and good breakfast. the staff were amazing. The bed was very comforable and the owners and staff very friendly. location is good for the shows. I have to say the staff were excellently good. The breakfast was very good however the room that we were served in was cold. The showers didn't drain and you had water up to your ankles. When the room on the floor above had a shower you could hear the water in the pipes.No however would like to suggest that optional evening meal is posted onthe board with a price for those staying b+b. shower wasnt very hot but ok.could not get breakfast before 9am. The room was too cramped with one double bed and two single all stuffed into it, with hardly any space between them. If one single bed was removed and the rest of the furniture arranged properly, it would be more comfortable.the cooked breakfast could have been hotter. The cleaners did not care to clean the rooms floor during our 4 days andneither did they remember to change the waste bin the the bathroomsduring our 4 days stay. This is not good enough.
