The friendliness of all of the staff. How apologetic the staff were regarding the lack of parking spaces (see What didn't you like?) Very easy check in and check out procedure. Check out time was also extended by half hour for us. The bar was good and open late. Breakfast was nice. Location was brilliant, just round the corner from the shopping centre, restaurants, bars, beach and promenade. all reviews »

They advertised a car park, and pre booking spaces. I did this but when I arrived there were no spaces and I had to park around the corner on the multi storey car park overnight. This would have cost me a further £20, if the company I work for hadn't have given me a car park card to borrow, when I nipped in and explained my situation to them.

There were three of us in the bedroom but there were only two hand towels!.
Advertised as having working tv's in all rooms ours did not work!!
Staff did not care or cater for guests. Shower just about luke warm.

the room badly needed repainting the shower to small the tv did not work wardrobe was an old airing cupboard that was not even painted and leaking toilet.
No hot water when needed.
Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired,ie,old soap left in soap dishes,no towel rail in bathroom,uneaten chips on staircase.Needs a lot of tlc im'e afraid.
The room door would not lock there was nothing on the bathroom floor. The curtains did not fit the window there were holes in the bathroom walls. Very basic very cheap won't ever stay there again.
