Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast! Owners were really friendly, really enjoyed my stay. very close to Winter Gardens where I was attending an event. lesley and bob where most welcoming..it was like home from home..rooms clean, bar atmosphere great.good food..nothing was too much. Close to Winter Gardens. They was a very friendly people that welcome us all to their hotel and we had a few drinks with them and we will conside staying there again.The staff at the hotel were very friendly and could not do enough for us. I would definately stay at the hotel again. Helpfulness of proprieter,and good breakfast. had karoke. Location. owners went out of their way to help us with early breakfast on a sunday!. the bar area. staff were extremely helpful. Close to Winter Gardens/Tower, very helpful staff and friendly service, room small but I have had much smaller in Blackpool, would go again.very nice owers. The noise from the busy road outside.small room. room wa stoo small to fit the 3 of us staying there in the door to the bathroom would only open slightly because of the bed good job we weren t any fatter we would not have been able to get in. room was bit too small. whole place needed decorating - which I think they are starting soon. The only thing i can say is the heating was on all night, and it was to hot and you were not able to turn it down. very narrow beds/paperthin walls. fairly small room.stag/hen night bookings. very noisy at night. In need of refurbishment and repair.
