The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.).   This was so much more than a b&b - the rooms were luxurious and the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the breakfast was the best I've had anywhere - I would recommend this to anyone - PERFECT - Boutique B&B exactly as it should be. Thankyou for your hospitality.

  The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush. The room we had was their small double but we were forewarned on the booking site and it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.   The hotel is very well situated and the facilities are very good value for money. The restaurant offered a good choice of dishes which were good value.
