The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new! The bar was comfortable and had a relaxed and happy feel, whether during the day or the evening. The restaurant was first class, with delicious food and excellent service. This was the perfect location for visiting Bath as it took us less than a 2 minute walk to be in the centre! Ask for a river side view.

The offer of a map of the city.The positive reponses from all staff to requests: could we have an extra pillow to explanations of how the car park token needed to be validated as we were planning to actually leave the car park( which is underneath the hotel). We liked the view from our room of the river and the bridge. The efficient service at breakfast with seating and response to requests for poached eggs dealt w. Location was excellent, and parking was directly next to the hotel - it costs £15 a day. Our room was upgraded as we mentioned that it was my birthday when booking, so we had a really lovely room with a view over the river and the hotel had given us half a bottle of wine, some cookies, creme egg and some olives - a lovely surprise :) Check-in wasn't until 3pm which is quite late, but we left our luggage on arrival and it was taken up to our room for when we were able to check-in. The staff at Bath Hilton are fantastic! Excellent service, friendly and very welcoming. The facilities were modern, clean and made for a cozy stay. The hotel is located in the center of Bath, overlooking the Pultney Weir with a supermarket, shopping, post office and restaurants all within a few steps. We have travelled to many countries and highly rate the Bath Hilton as one our best hotel accommodations. Thanks to all the staff for their superb hospitality!!. This is a well located, clean and comfortable hotel, (as you would expect from a Hilton). Bath is a lovely city to visit and everything you want to see is within walking distance of the hotel- which is a bonus to be able to leave the car in the next-door underground car park, (for which the fee is £15 overnight via the hotel on checkout). Just ignore the signs as you enter the car park that say you can only stay there for 4 hours or incur a penalty!. The Staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating, espcially the gentleman who checked us in at the time. He was excellent at his job and made sure our stay was not short of perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, excellent staff, excellent location, I would defeinately recommend staying in this hotel again. We will cetainly be back to this hotel in the future. Five Star. Thankyou to everyone. We booked a different hotel in Bath which really didn't deliver on our expectations, so we booked Hilton and moved there in 10mins! I have booked a twin room by mistake but the staff were very understanding and helpful and even obliged to our request to have a room with a bath in it rather than shower! Great service and friendly staff would be one of the main reason I will chose Hilton again. Very friendly efficient reception staff lovely spacious clean room.as it was a birthday treat I did get a room facing the river as requested.i aslo had a birthday card with lovely treats from the kitchen staff and laura and her team thank you all so much. It was a packed weekend in Bath, with the Christmas market and a home rugby game bringing thousands of people in to the centre. It was great to come back to the quiet and calm of the hilton, have a drink and relax in the lounge area. We were well looked after and would gladly return in the future. The staff were excellent especially in the breakfast room very friendly the reception staff were extremely busy as we arrived a bus load of american tourists arrived. But the que did not last long. We stayed with our pet Labrador and we could not have been made to feel more welcome. we stayed at the hillton as a hen party we could not find any fault with hotel or staff excelent service.thankyou for a grat couple of days breakfast was exelent the only critique i had was drinks were expensive and crisps were 7.50 for 5 packs sorry that was too much. Location is very convenient , within a walking distance to all the key attractions. A big supermarket just in the neighborhood. Breakfast is wonderful. Parking is convenient with reasonable cost. The facilities in the bathroom is new and easy to use. The staff, the Bar and the restaurant were brilliant. Good decoration and nice place to hang out before heading back to the room or going out. The room wasn't the most spacious room I have stayed in so to watch the television, you had to sit up on the bed with pillows, rather than sit on chairs or a sofa. The room would be ideal for someone staying for a short stay of a couple of nights but the wardrobe was very small for a couple staying for a longer length of time. Room a little small for what we are used to in a hilton hotel ( we didn't book a compact). The price was down as a special offer but was the same as we have paid to stay in London at 5 star of the same chain. Nothing - everything was absolutely perfect. Our standard room felt on the small side, which is why I rated the price as 'fair.' Also a bit surprised that there isn't a way directly from the car park to the inside of the hotel; one has to travel 100 yards or so in the open to it. Nothing I didnt like, the hotel is spotlessly clean, excellent staff, excellent location the only draw back I have is that it didnt have an in door swimming pool, but other than than that nothing bad to report. There was nothing that did not please us everything was fantastic we could not have expected more!!. drinks and crisps too expensive. Couldn't quite understand the heating controls (but this wasn't a problem as the temperature was fine). The room is a little bit small. The A/C in the room was not so good - always change between hot air & cold air itself eventhough we tried to set a consistent temp. The Deluxe Plus room was not up to standard as described. There was no Mini bar in the room and there was a small chair near to the Bed instead of a Sofa as mentioned on their website. Decoration of the room was really poor. I was a bit disappointed. - poor and limited bar stock eg no hendrick gin, only piper champagne, no lemoncello. Yet wished to charge 20 GBP corkage if we wished to supply our own bollinger for a gathering of our friends. Nothing really but if we had to be picky the were a few decor details such as the curtains were not on the runner fully and the bathroom lock was defected but nothing that really mattered. Room was cold - heating put up to maximum but still not warm enough Big draft coming through the window had to put the pillows against it to keep some of the cold air out. Nothing. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been (dirty marks around the plug hole which are easily cleaned with an old toothbrush and the lock was badly marked) and the corridors leading to our room looked a bit tired. I didn't appreciate having to pay £15 for parking for one night. It was a lovely hotel and the lovation is brilliant for walking everywhere once you are there but it is a shame there is no parking at all. Nothing. None. Had breakfast at peak time , some of the hot food bacon , beans and eggs had run out and were slow to top up . Room too warm at night and not able to reduce temperature. The initial room- was worse than a premier inn! Only a shower- no bath. Parking was a bit of a nightmare in the shopping multi-storey underneath the hotel and cost an extra £15 on top of hotel costs. Room was nice but I found someone's "lost" undies in the bathroom which was a bit disconcerting. I informed the reception and it was delat with promptly. Nothing. Nothing of note. Room size is slightly smaller than expected. The tolit paper should not place near the floor level. nothing. The seagulls but that's beyond their control. No Internet for room. Cleaner only clean up bed sheet but not the bathroom, cups and others. seagulls outside room window at 5.30am squawking!. Bar prices a little on the high side. We had a front room, it was quite noisey. Bar area a bit small. Room was quite warm and could not open the window otherwise great. Being given a lower grade of room than was booked. No lift from the underground carpark to the hotel. No parking space (other than disabled parking) at hotel door to unload cases. Wasn't clear that you had to park in the short stay car park and then get a special token for your overnight stay. Nothing. Room was clean and tidy but under one of the wardrobes was a lot of rubbish and mess.

We offer a table d'hote menu every evening and an à la carte menu from Sunday to Thursday inclusive. The table d'hote menu changes daily and uses the freshest ingredients available to our chef. The à la carte menu combines the best ingredients from our suppliers to produce a meal that makes you feel as though you are in the Mediterranean itself.

You can also choose from our Antipasti Bar with its mouth-watering combination of air-dried hams, salamis, olives, tapas and salads for you to create your own starter or main course.

There is a vegetarian choice on the menu and we can cater for any specific dietary need. Just let us know your preferences and the chef will be happy to create something for you.
