  Very new and comfort hotel. Everything is perfect and so are the staffs. the atmosphere of the roof canteen was fantastic. The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

  This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. Like all hotels the mini bar and room service was alittle expensive but overall it was a great stay. I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and going out of their way to make my stay a very comfor - the location is marbelous! Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Location and the views were great (ocean view), great gym, delicious breakfast, small treats in the executive lounge and in the lobby, efficient bell boys and valet parking. (Executive club) In the 11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
