It is not just the quality of the accomodation but primarily the hospitality oferred by the owners of the apartments that will make you return. People always are the key ingredient to the sucess of a business, regardless of size, and the New Pera Suites are stuffed by the warmest of young Turks I have met. For me a return to my routes as my family was a victim of population exchange in 1922 so sentimentally charged during my visit I was able to enjoy the company and friendship of the new genera.
all reviews » The hotel is located at one of the best points very close to İstiklâl Street. It is located on a small street parallel to Nevizade Street, which is famous for its restaurants and bars around Beyoğlu. We liked the kindness of the staff, they were helpful. The room was very clean and well-equipped with hot water, microwave oven, TV, kettle, and so on. I recommend this hotel for especially young couples visiting İstanbul either for a long time or just for one night. The only negative thing could b. The receptionist was too helpful and friendly. There was some commotion(May 1st) when we reached Istanbul, but the receptionist made sure that we reach the hotel safe and updated us regularly on Phone. very close to Istiklal Avenue which is the main Night life hub,restuarants,shopping street etc; this is a real advantage of the hotel location for tourists. Accessibility to Sultahnmet was quite ok...Hotel rooms had all the required facilites including a small kitchen. I rate this hotel very HIGH. The location is great, 5 minutes walking to Istiklal boulevard, 12 minutes walking to the Tunel station (underground). Lots of bars and restaurants around, and even a nearby Hammam (Turkish bath). The staff (Mehmet) is incredibly helpful and nice - with lots of good tips about Istanbul, and available at all hours to help with all your needs. The rooms are recently renovated in a very IKEA spirit; not special and unique, but feels nice and new. Oh, and they are HUGE. Much bigger than standard ho. The reception staff was excellent.Friendly and always willing to answer,even to the funniest question!!Internet was working allday,and no disconnection came to my knowledge.The place is in what should be called center of the city.All transports are available in a few minutes walk,bars restaurants and of course Istiklal str and Taksim square.It is very helpfull that transfer from,and to , the airport can be fixed from Mehmet ,in an average cost.I would most recommended for singles or young ,adve. I stayed at the New Pera Suits for two days in December. I loved it: great location ( restaurants, bars, shops, not far from Taksim metro station - if using public transport easy to connect with other parts of the city or take Havatas suttle to airport) clean and comfortable room, responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Considering New Pera Suits’ location I was a bit worried that it will be noisy - but luckily I was wrong. Great value for money and I have alredy recommended it to my frien. The hotel locate exactly close the famous shopping street. There are many restaurants nearby. There is also a small market in the next street. Hotel staff are very kind and willing to help. They help us to call the airport for our luggage many times. There is a coffee bar in the first layer. You can have a cup of coffee and talk with staffs or other passengers. New Pera suites is a good choise for a short city break. Location in good to go sightseeing, shopping, clubing. But just if you are easy about loud music and people partying under your windows all night long. We were on holiday with my friend and that was ok. But i guess i wouldn't stay there with my parents or small children. The location is great, once you get your bearings. You can get all your essentials from the shops outside, and it's only a couple of minutes walk to the most famous thoroughfare in Istanbul. Very clean and tidy accommodation: minimalist and stylish. To reach sultahnment we need to take a funicular and then a tram; but if you opt for a taxi it would costs around 15-20TL which should be fine. The noise CAN be a problem; The place is directly in front of a show club, running shows until 3AM. The window shades are not light proof, so if you need absolute darkness, bring (or take from the airplane ;) a pair of eye-covers. The bathroom is a bit too small and lacks ventilation. I think lower prices would be desirable. Nothing that I can remember at the moment. nothing. The only negative thing i can say is that I booked a twin room on purpose as we were two friends, but we had to share a double bed. If you are a light sleeper or not into the club scene, this is not the place for you. There are many bars and clubs that operate on the same street as New Pera Suites. The loud, pounding, music lasts well into the early hours of the morning!. There is really nothing to say. It is a bit noisy due to some clubs in the surroundings but bring your earplugs and it is ok!. There was some noice because of the location. But if location is more important than quietness for you New Pera would be a good choice for a nice layover. A little loud at night but its in a busy part of istanbul so we expected that. Can't think of anything. Since it is near to bars/clubs weekends can be very loud till late times, may need better isolation. Room was very clean but there were left foods from previous customer in the refrigerator. The area is very noisy, there are many clubs nearby so bring your earplugs. Otherwise it's an excellent choice. The stairs to the rooms are steep, it might be a problem for some. The area is very noisy during the night and although the double glaze help, you can still here the music from the club during the night. Because of few close bars, a bit noisy, till late. Poor furnishing. nothing. No elevator. Not easily accessible with public transport. 1km walking distance from the airport bus (Habatas) at Taksim square. Very loud due to street traffic and a mixture of night club music. Very, very noisy location. little bit noisy. Noisy at night, around the bars and night clubs, but when you arrive tired after a walk and fall down to sleep - the noise is not a hindrance. Water was coming out from the shower and into the room. The noise from nearby night club. I liked everything. a bit noisy at night. I bit noisy, but that is what you get if you want to be in the middle of the Taksim's action. Very noisy area and bulding, impossible to sleep. The room is close to noise area,, its hard to sleep. I dont reccomend there to stay there on saturday nights because of the noisy club next to hotel that is working until 5' o clock morning on Saturdays. soundproof to enhance... Stay in this hotel only if you love to try sleeping with a lot of noise coming from the many nightclubs in the area. There is no elevator and the staircase is very narrow and steep. Luckily I was staying on the second floor.
