Location was great, everything was in reach with a 10-15 minute walk. Despite many of the guests were complaining about the breakfast, we found it quite good altough it was not too diverse. Our room was cleaned every day. The place is highly recommended, one of the best for this kind of money. The location is excellent, easy to get around. Staff is really good, specially one guy which I don't remember the name of but is english is excellent. for a hotel: a fast and reliable internet. You can sit in the restaurant across the street and still have connection. Good value for the money.
all reviews » This is an excellent hotel to stay at, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Faysal/ Sales Mgr. was particularly helpful, he went out of his way to make cetain my accomadations were comfortable. Also, it is an excellent location. I highly recommend. The room was clean and comfortable though a little small. The staff was as helpful as could be. The location in the Old City was excellent. The internet was reliable. Great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel. everything, this is not my first stay at this hotel, I really like it and recommended for everyone. One side of the bed was a little worn out. not a place for the easy sleeper, at least if you are on the first floor. A lot of noise both from the street and the hall way. The have a terrace with a great view, but still the breakfast is served in a boring room in the basement. What's not to like?. The rooms need some maintenance- bathrooms, electricity ...etc cleaning and preparing of the room didn't very good this time. Nothing. - Breakfast & breakfast area were not the fanciest ever...but you can live with it. Internet is weak. Breakfast normal. Air condition is hot in some rooms. It is a small hotel. Poor & fixed items of breakfast,Bed matress needs to change,bed sheets and towels not cleaned proprely having stains,AC and heater both not working. (1) Rooms were very small; (2) breakfast and breakfast-facilities were very poor. The breakfast very poor even the place of the breakfast the hotel need so much maintenance in everywhere. The bathroom was always stuffy as there was no proper ventilation. The bath exhaust fan only makes a lot of noise but cannot pull out the air. Noises of guests taking showers in the adjacent rooms kept me awake all night!. Breakfast room is shocking !! (what a waste of a gorgeous terrace,which is not used). The hotel has potential,but needs lots of work.
