Everything... Staff was excellent, they really understand "service" without being too present, without overdoing it or overstating their presence. Rooms are beautiful, well designed, spacious, great bathroom, good bed. Breakfast, the restaurant and in room dining are all very good quality, good service and diversity. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. And I found my new place to be in Istanbul for the next time.

Room's condition is above average and we slept like babies :) The days started full of pleasure on the terrace with a mug of sun and a plate of smiles. Absolutely amazing atmosphere. . The staff is so friendly!! Very responsive to any need! The hotel is centrally located. If we come again to Istanbul we will definetly stay in this hotel. The hotel was right around the corner from a Lufti Sports Centre where our conference was so we could easily walk to and from. There was always a staff member at the desk, and they were helpful and polite. My room was small with a tiny shower, but everything worked and the bed was excellent and not too much noice even though I slept facing the street with building works going on. it was about 12min walking to Taksim Sq. Nothing it's a really bad hotel. The breakfast - gotta be a bit more diversified :) and less strong tea. There is nothing to say. Everything was perfect. hotel building is strange and narrow, located at an industrial street. room was strange also, sink in the bathroom was vary hard to use because it is locatede in a neash. breakfast can be a little better... price was too high for the value, should be a 75 euro maximum charge, not worth more than that. The breakfast was disappointing - three types of cheese, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, and some slices of bread, instant coffee. The fruit platter was going off and so I had part of a peach (which was delicious it must be said), but couldn't eat the bottom half which was rotten. The shower area was TINY but I did manage a nice hot shower in the mornings; I just got the floor very wet. it was in a bad situation,very smaler than picturs, the hotel is not Standard , breakfast was very poor & terrace was small ,ugly ,room size is 12 sq.m i dont recomend this hotel to anyone. Everything.
