This hotel is fantastic, its clean, close to all the main attractions, and staff were helpful and friendly and the hot breakfast was exceptional. If you stay for 3 nights or more, they also collect you from the airport for no extra cost. You also get robes and slippers!. really excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I really appreciated the help of the director who spoke impeccable english and gave me lots of assistance during my stay! Also, the restaurant staff was very helpful and I had one of the best ever steaks!.

Having a computer to access the internet was a big plus. Very nice and diversified breakfast for a 3 star, and the bathroom decor from the rooms is really nice.Perfect localisation (unless you insist on a totaly quiet place as tramway is a bit noisy). Tramway-stop just opposite the hotel so you can reach ferry-stops, Galata and Taksim in few minutes. Hotel within a short walk to most places of interests described in guides. I did get a Bactrerial infection from one of the meals... that is not to say that the hotel was not bad.I had asked for a quiet room. After arrival it appeared I had to switch room after 1st night. After insisting I could stay in same room, but this was the noisiest room of all. After 1st night I could move to other room, at the same side of the hotel. After 2nd night I could switch to room at the other side, but management did not inform me there was construction work at that side, all night long. They encourage you to have dinner with tukish entertainment events - a complete rip off. Room was too small, not very clean, bathroom was not nice. My guests complained about unfriendliness of the staff.
