Everything was great. What impressed me most was the staff that went out of their way on every possible opportunity to see how they could make our stay more comfortable. We paid for a half board us package and we travelled with our 1 year old. Although there was no cost for him the hotel went out of their way to offer food for him and a cot in the room. They brough extra towels for him without us asking. Small things that made a massie impact. The staff is also so friendly, its almost to good t.

Very good service. Peaceful and quiet location. Guests have access to Bilem High Class Hotel Beach for free, nice place 500 m to walk. Free shuttles to Lara beach at 10am and 6pm which is useful too. The views were incredible - our room overlooked the Mediterranean, the mountains and the city of Istanbul. The hotel was in a very nice part of town. The room was beautiful, very comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely amazing - the Terrace overlooks the same view as our room and the service was pampering and food exquisite. It was a wonderful experience. the hotel is very clean and new furniture s. it is little far from main beaches but because we had rented car we had no issue with its location. price was good comparing with other around hotels. breakfast is great. We loved the room, large, comfortable, nice decoration, the breakfast room with view over the sea. They organized a shuttle to a beach including the entrance fee for long chairs. Everything is great. Very clean, very friendly staff. Very nice restaurant. Food is delicious. I had a great breakfast and had very delicious fish for dinner with a great view. Great service, staff very friendly, especially Mehmet at the restaurant made us feel very welcome. Beautiful sea view suite. Food of a high quality. If you want to explore Antalya town, then it is far (about 40mins by bus/car from Kaleici). But if you want a view then, its got an awesome view. The rooms are pretty luxurious. Ask for the sea facing rooms preferably on 3rd or 4th floors which offer the best views. location was excellent ..room was great..comfortable bed and good shower. Not a dislik. Just things that would even add to the already great hotel would be a swimming platform, swimming pool and blackout in the rooms since it gets light early in the morning Late sun goes down late. So especially for people wanting to sleep late or a baby that goes to bed early that would be awesome. But this is minors that I mention just for improvement sake. This would put this hotel into a league of their own in intalya. Reception might be more informative, no details of breakfast time/place were given upon check-in. The same like for the other information- will not say a spare word while you do not ask. Most speak basic English. Natalija is a Russian speaking manager and the most helpful. rooms are ok for singles, but not recommended for these has an infant or kid with them. It is far from the center, we understood afterwards we should take a bus from the main street to go to downtown. As it is hot in the summer it is harder to walk to Antalya. The personal didn't have much English for such a high standard hotel. No easy access to the beach. A bit far from everything. Must need a car if not you will need to take a taxi everywhere. Spa staff unpleasant. absolutly nothing... No ironing board in the room or either with the housekeeping. On checking with front desk, adviced me to send it to laundry, which I would get in the evening. Drinks were expensive. It seemed to be like you were in Mardan Palace. But overall it is worth to stay in this hotel. nothing. Check-out should be handled carefully. Very poor WiFi signal in the rooms. Absolutely unacceptable for those who came on business and have to work. Too loud rooms. Need transport. No pool. No swimming pool. all positive image/. Te staff are not at all helpful and often gives you wrong information. So is the lady at the spa who is downright rude. Also, they hardly speak English. If you need any info, seek help from the Guest Relations Manager, who was very helpful. Do not take any help from the front desk!!. Being substantially billed for drinking water as part of a half board at meal times! Surely the half board should include a drink with the meal! No water available in gym ..when asked for water ...was billed !! Spa staff sloppy and unprofessional..
