I have stayed in many hotels of Europa and Asia. When you add to these world class hotels Turkish service of high quality, the result will be Bilem High Class hotel! Receptionists are polite,smart and intelligent so the first impression is positive! As I arrived evening I was offered dinner which was really delicious! Room is large, well furnished, bright positive colour, wide windows connect the room with breathtaking sea view! Bed is large,comfortable. Breakfast, dinner,supper cooked,prepared.
all reviews » 1) First of all, I would like to mention the price, which is pretty fair. This is the main reason why I recommend Antalya to my friends. 2) To my amazement, I found that virtually no one speaks English in Antalya. The hotel staff was a lucky exception. But in the streets, shops, taxi it was terrible. I simply had to use gestures to ask something. 3) It seemed to me that the locals don't know anything. When I asked something in the street, I rarely got an answer. Once, I needed to go to the bank. It was very cheap for a 4 star hotel although it corresponds to 3 stars hotel in Europe.Everything was nice except the extremly boring little man in a wellness area.He insisted on offering massages and all kind of packages but it was really very annoying.The first day we went to sauna and pool but on the second day,as much as we would have liked to relax in the spa,we decided not to go because the little hairy man was so unbearable thatn we prefered not going instead of having to stand this con. An hotel that calls itself "High Class" seems to be setting itself up to dissappoint. Hotels de Posh seldom are that posh. If you make allowances for the slightly "camp" neo-middle eastern bling style of decoration then everything else is as you would expect to get in any high class billet. Excellent food, choice at breakfast was superb for 3* Hotel. Good location with easy access to centre and bus routes. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room with wonderful sea view. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.. The Staffs are really friendly. The localization is good too,. A taxi for old town is about 13 turkish lira. But if you like beach you have to find another place because there is a place to swim in the sea but without sand. The meal is very good, very well prepared and tasty. The seaside view is fantastic. The beach is very good, but if you don't know swimming it can be complicated, specially that there is no sand, it is a platform. I liked fruit plates with candles, turkish coffee, good mattress, a view to the sea from my balcony; quick and qualitative ironing and mending clothes,if neccessary; professional stuff. We loved our stay with you and our suite was lovely. Delicious food and great service. We live in Kalkan and we will come again çok teşekkür ederim. We did like the food, the staff, the sea side view, the facilities inside and around the hotel. Also the offer of three nights of free dinner. A fine restaurant. Nice view from the window. Staffs were Friendly , Foods were good , and the location is great , near of Downtown and many night clubs nears from there . you should check out this hotel its the cheapest 4 star hotel in turkey .. and Belim Beach is nice beautiful view .. The most thing is hotel's location as it's so near to Falcon Hotel as there was a maintenance at belim beach & i used to swim at falcon beach !. I booked a room with balcony and sea view, unfortunately when we arrive to hotel, there were no rooms available according my choices. In any case the staff were very helpful and next night they change our room. I don't understand the situation with woman shower cabins in swimming pool. I prefer to have a bigger choice of hot dishes for breakfast - porridge, for example. When lunching at the beach club, we asked for a bottle of lal Roze. The waiter brought a different Roze, but omitted to tell us that the price was 100ytl not 50ytl (like the Lal we had ordered). Biraz yaramaz !. In the first night they were a bit disorganized with the availability of rooms and we had to sleep in another hotel which cost us a halfday of our holiday. The room was smelling strong cigarrets smoke and the floor of the room was not clean properly. Old furniture. Shuttle service from the hotel was late to a meeting at the airport for 30 minutes. Our room was a bit small for 3. Both times I stayed at this hotel I requested an airport or bus station pickup and both times they were not waiting for me and I had to ring the hotel to ask where they were. The first time I waited an hour for them to arrive. The transport driver was not friendly and there was no apology for being late. Also my room smelled of cigarette smoke even though I requested a non smoking room. Dj at Beach Bar played very, very loud music all day long. Loud music from the restaurant downstairs. Employees in Restaurant are not friendly at all. In the balcon had only one chair. In the bath could have a toothpaste and a toothbrush. And the elevator of the lobby must going some steps around 12. the internet corner was really small corner (if you move your chair you felt down in the steps) and when they give you the room 107and the rights and left of it and they make check in or check out the groups all noises killing you. It was noisy at night (noise from the restaurant/disco/bar around. The rooms were good, but a little old and they didn't look that clean (my towels had dark stains on them too). The fact that you should pay for fresh orange juice and the gate control for bringing water to the beach. The council closed the cliff beaches for the season without allowing for the late summer. Its annoying that you have to pay for water and you are not allowed to buy from outside and bring it to the hotel. The rooms were quite old but OK. The tours that are managed by the hotel are around 20% more expensive that anywhere else. Dont book the transfer. Simply get a cab. we arrived by our car but there was no vale to welcome. Spa sector is small. we were told not to bring food and beverages to the hotel - an insane requirement!. Old times interior design that requires maintenance. Problem with plumbing in bathrooms. Not easy access to *rocky* beach!. The cleaning service could be better. No taking water or food from outside into room. Food was bad. There are lot of staff never smile for any reason !!. I would liked to stay double bed room, but the two single beds room has been provided for us. I also gave my friends name to loby in order to check in for him, but he didn't accept by his name. The hotel is ok but we had a problem wih our batthroom. The tub was leaking and spread water all over the floor. We noticed them at least three difenrent Times. And the only thing they did. Was dry the water. They promisse to solve the problem or change rooms.Them didint do. Noisy. Hotel designs and furniture are old. Poor service 1 Fridge not working. Did not respond to request to get it working. Told us the technical staff will only be able to attend the next day. By this time our stay was over. 2 Charged 5 TL to bring a cup of ht water to our room. Told us it was for "room service". I asked for a room with sea view and they gave me one looking the streets and with construction, so i had a big scaffoldingvin front of my window. They offered me a dinner, which i refused, since their food is horrible and just asked for the difference of the money back. Btw, there is no juice for breakfast, just fresh orange juice that you have to pay extra. Very cheap for a 4 star hotel. Nothing we liked. The rooms are not clean, the food is not good and staff are not helping at all. I would not recommend this hotel. It is not as per the photos displayed in letsbookhotel.com. Small rooms, very small lcd tv, after reserving the price was raised to 1000 euros instead of 200, it is worth 200 but not 1000, I took with 200 of course because I already placed my reservation, but I mean if you find it expensive, then take another hotel.
