it was so convenient and within 5mins to the Beach and shopping mall. outside the hotel have night market and bar which good for tourist and group of friends to hang out. Location is good to beach and walking street,we just take tutu taxi about 10 min to Tiffany show.the room is nice,bed comfortable n clean.staff are nice there. Clean and spacious rooms, efficient room service, good tv reception. Loved the sun deck and fitness area, and the pool was well designed.

Locations perfect. good location. Everythings. I stay in the Aya boutique hotel for 4 nights. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The location is great, near beach road and about 10 minutes walk from Mike shopping center. To move around Pattaya it's best to rent a motorcycle and it's at about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, if you invite a girl at the hotel, there is no extra charge and the staff call you just before the girl leaves the place to ensure that everything is "ok" with you. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nicely designed and although not too big they are comfortable - especially the bed. Location was very good, very much nearer to Walking streat and beach. Staff is so friendly. There are no changing in breakfast i stayed for 10 days and every day was the same The WIFI internet was week and you should get new password every two days. Room a bit small but still comfortable. Wi-Fi unreliable and sometimes slow but could have been affected by storms at the time. Was very noisy at night, I had a room at the front of the hotel. Was noise from the place opposite playing music up until about 1.30 am most nights. One of the maids removed the 2 dressing gowns from the room an didn't replace them. Hmmm.. the pool should improve! Look dirty. and the balcony look weird(facing a building.It's ok during daytime..When night...........) And tv channel.. We came to hotel bit late time as we directly came from bkk airport to hotel and during check in I notice, we did not get welcome drinks, but next day 2 Japanese guest came to check in, they was welcome very friendly and receive welcome drink. So I fell why we not because we are South Asian? That I don't like to treat differently for different national. swimming pool seems a little bit small. nothing. restrictions on parking cos walking street, internet confusing. breakfast needs improvement. In Check in, the charge my Visa without asking me, even i was supposed to pay cash as we agreed. The door is not noise proof it need to be improved. Gym needs to be extended with more benches for free weights. Nothing. Nothing really Toni frank with all. The room small. Need more soundproof in the wall. No Arabic TV Channels. Internet sometimes doesn't work. The price is little over that what you can expect. Breakfast was ok but lack of choices. Perhaps the breakfast could be improved. I would stay there again. Not beach facing. Very pricey. Hotel is good, but It is not a 4 star standard. Not getting the value for money, standard rooms are small compared to other hotels,. The room we stayed was too small. Room was very small - 18 sq.M. You can hear your neighbours passing by. There was indian or arab family on my floor. Their kid was screaming, like a wild bird till 2-3 o'clock in the night. Breakfast very simle, but ok. There is was a "wall view" room - the wall was literally 2,5-3 meters away from my balcony. I wanted to extend my stay for 1 more night but they have doubled the price even on letsbookhotel.com - what for? It doesn't even worth 54 usd a night which I paid!. WiFi so bad you have to connect and dail password evry 5 minute and evryday change password, the towel old ,. Reception staff....being treated like we were an intrusion instead of guests...and we booked a suite!!! Rooms a lot smaller than they appear in the picture...and a lot different...maybe we got screwed and they charged us for a suite and gave us a downgrade...they sure as hell did explain or welcome us!!. The stuff are very unpolite. When we want to extend our stay .they want to shift us to other room with higher price due to full booking as they say .than we booked online and stayed in the same room. Small room. Many insects and cockroach in the rooms. I don't recommend to any one to stay in this hotel, the hotel is not 4 star, it's 2 or maximum 3 star hotel. I cant explain ,more than words. So bad and too expensive , the expensive room but the breakfast meal is really bad , low cost!. Needs more sound proofing in hall ways and around doors.
