The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday. The rooms were kept very clean each day, by a team of nice cleaning staff, that were trustworthy, when ever i left anything of value in the room, that i had not put in the safe. I would recommend the Bay walk Residence, to singles, couples or families, and would stay there again, if travelling to Pattaya. Many thanks. Chris. B.

It was my second stay at this hotel. I found this hotel equally good for solo and family travelers. For food lovers, particularly, sub- continental, Arabic and Turkish food, there are many small restaurants situated around the hotel. It is very near to Reply's Museum and Family fun attractions. Beach is just a road away from hotel. Top floor of the hotel provides good sea sighting for visitors. The hotel is nicely located on the beach and around many restaurants, shops, and not too far from walking street. the rooms are very nice and big. I liked the shower too as it is comfortably big. Breakfast is good although not huge variety. Anytime I would stay again in this Hotel coz it was very pleasant. Every time I come to Pattaya, I stay here. This hotel is great and great for the price. The location to Walking Street is what I enjoy the most. Its just a short walk. But far enough away from all the craziness. The staff is always really helpful and kind. Firstly the staff are excellent. Breakfast staff are happy to go out of their way to talk to you at breakfast or even when you meet them in the street. All staff make you feel comfortable, even door men and cleaning staff were very friendly. I liked the fact that the Hotel was near the sea and local scene but the rooms were quiet and unaffected by the noise in the main street.The rooms were kept spotless and the reception staff were always helpful. The hotel location is great just few meters from the beach, and less than 5 mins walking from the pattaya walking street, room are very large and the bed is comfortable. A lot of malls are walking distance. Very nice Hotel, excellent breakfast, location very good and quite peaceful cosidering where the hotel is located. Easy stroll to many shops and the beach. The cook did re-heat them on request but they would have been better if they were cooked on request. If the hotel was busier there would have been a better turnover of the food. The security is not the same as other hotels. Very hard to even think of one reason . wifi-connect was not so fast what I expected. NO room service whatsoever. swimming pool on the roof have to clean the water & put too much chemical into the pool . Nothing. Nothing much. Moskito in the room. hotel is a bit costly, the breakfast hardly have anything for indian tourists. Balcony has no view. Staff at the reception desk wasn't so helpfull. No free toothpaste. nothing. huge room key wifi is useless inside all rooms- its available only in the outside area cheaper to book online than at the desk-the difference was 600 baht for one night staff not friendly no room service no restaurant other than complimentary breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable, I had a sore back my whole stay. The Wifi was very poor, i would rather pay for wifi then have free wifi which doesn't work and you end up wasting hours trying to connect. I also would like warn people about Pattaya itself, as it is just not a place for kids and I wish someone had mentioned it to me previously. In the breakfast, never cheese available. The room needs some refurbishment. wifi in the room is very bad. aircon to much noise. no tour desk - no available halal food for muslim. *Gym was poor. *The price per room was a bit high for what you got. *Shower was inside the bath. *No pool bar. Basic level accomodation. Not luxurious. No tooth brush. The staff not helpful at all. I didn't like that there wasn't any additional bedding, like blankets and pillows. I also didn't like the fact that our youngest daughter was scrutinised by older men. It made it feel very unsafe for her and my wife. Expensive. -hotel is under going modification now, you cant sleep while they work! - at night you cant sleep too their is sounds coming from the close by bars! unless you are use to this. - Cleanness is very bad their is all kind of insects in the room ants Miskito bugs you name it so i don't recommended it at all. Staff Room was way too dirty and old bathroom was full of stains the room stunk.
