I liked that it was close to Bangla Rd and the main Beach. that proved to be very convenient as everything was within reach. Hats off to the administration staff that handle the hotel affairs.... Nadear ;-)... they were extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel right at home. The rooms were all cleaned every day and the electricity, bathrooms, TV's....etc were of the highest standard. me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at the Patong Inn and i would highly recommend .

Best budget hotel to have a best location for night life in Patong. Nice location but can be noisy at night but it's something we knew before we booked Nice and friendly staff, it's a small but cosy hotel It's good to have Seaview room, level 3. Seaviw room was good Size of room was good Bathroom was good Breakfast was good (included) Aircon was good. Perfect location on Patong Beach but very close to Banglar Road too. A little lie in the description was weighed out by the friendliness of the owner - hearty the location is great for one of the most beautiful beaches Thailand has. The staff was very friendly. If you like tourist-filled beaches, Patong beach is for you and Patong Inn is in the center of noise and lights. Hotel is located just across the street from beach and the most famous Bangla road is just behind the corner. It was easy to get to Bangla Rd. (Just 2 or 3 hundred meters away). A bit run down, but can tell it's a nice hotel when it was just built. WiFi didn't reach room well Hot water went off a few times. Seaview was in the description - I had a concrete wall in front of my window the entire beach was occupied by paragliding - always you have had to look for starting and landing parachutes - 4 the same time all around the best time to swim. It was above a small shopping center (more of a hall with 6 or so shops), so I was worried that anyone could just walk upstairs to the rooms. Bathrooms shabby only a shower that was useless!. Spots of Blood on Bed. Bed too much old and need to repair. But easy to Boom Boom. The late start of Breakfast as we had to leave both days early without breakfast. No comment. The hotel is inside a open "mall" (some shops), and it is not very nice. But our main problem was not liking Patong Beach at all!. Terrible mistake was having the room with seaview because there is no possibility to open window in these rooms and inside the rooms it smells stale. Awful combination. Lady at reception desk made us feel really unwelcomed like we are the reason she has to work. Do not recommed visiting this place. The room I stay 303 shower ‪and heater is not working well. No Swimming pool. The tap water in the bathroom is boiling hot during the early and late afternoon in summers. No provision of cold water in the taps. Facilities were extremely poor. Internet was very weak and inconsistent, no hot water shower, fridge didnt work properly and leaking too, no proper locks on the door and window and so on. Ac was broken. Room was very hot. They charged me for a sea-view room which I booked on line and gave me a standard room. Even when I showed her the web page she wouldn't give me the sea view room. Tried to scam to get more money. The shower did not work properly; the shower curtains were not long enough to protect the water from entering the toilet proper; the toilet sink was leaking, thus the floor was wet all the time and the wifi was not strong enough for the room. very noisy disco next door..cold shower..things went missing after cleaning......the beds were old and very uncomfortable,made your back ache....Loud fireworks at 4 a.m. every night... Staff beware bad, bed very bed, bath system very poor. Every thing is bad Bad staf Not clean Bad smelth Very small room and not clean Not safe Also for very poor people not good You must not give this hotel any star I thing the letsbookhotel.com don't now any thing about this rubbish hotel. This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed the staff are very bad and most of them do not speak english, The lady who is the manager or owner is very rude and since my arrival she was shouting, the bed sheet was dirty when I arrived and asked them to replace it. I got the room with sea view in second floor 210 but I can't see the beach because of the cable in the street and trees. Stay away of this hotel.
