The hotel is very close to the beach in a part of Phuket that is still untouched by mass tourism. 10 minutes walk from the beach and a marine park, it is definetly a place I would reccomend to travellers interest in a vacation more on the quite and relaxing beach experience. Also, the airport is only 10 minutes away by taxi, but you never hear nor see planes in the vicinity. The staff was very helpful to accomodate my request of changing my booking last minute. all reviews » I chose Seapines as it was not too far from Phuket Airport. Pleasingly, I also found the hotel to be an overall pleasant stay. It is more of a 'boutique' hotel with a handful of rooms spread around a lovely swimming pool. The design is quite traditional, in keeping with Thai Chinese style. Nice breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, 5 - 10 min walk to a beach which has many food and bar options on the beachfront. Mini mart across the road has moto hire. Quiet location. The lady owners are very. Everything!! All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and all public areas are clean and tranquil. the location is great - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants but away from the noise. The airport is only 5 minutes drive away. I was originally booked for one night but extended to 6 and was pleased I did. A relaxing end to a great holiday. We loved the style, brick walls, the bed with the anitmosquito mesh. The pool is great. It feels like a private villa. Very efficient lady at the front desk, with incredible good English, that even drives you to the airport for a better price than the rest of tourist centres. Rooms, with ac and fan (the sole fan we´ve encountered in Thailand and Indonesia. Looks like Jim Thompson's house, very beautiful - both the room and garden. Lovely staff makes you feel home. Pool in nice. The hotel doesn't feel crowded since there are about 12 rooms only. This is my #1 hotel in Thailand (out of 15), because of the gorgeous thai style and warm welcome. And they even have a bycicle you can borrow. I could live here. + Nice manager + free transfer to airport at 6.30am + deposit safe in the room + small bathroom but toilet and shower separated (only in superior room) + access to pool (superior room) + room in old-fashioned thai-style + air conditioning & fan + quiet location & familiar atmosphere + small but nice pool + breakfast simple but ok. We loved our poolside room beautifully designed with a tranquil feel about it. The pool was clean and refreshing, the surroundings were beautiful and green. This villa is very close to the airport which is perfect if traveling the next day. Lovely lady managing this accommodation. We had a very relaxing time. peaceful and relaxing. Lady who owned it was very helpful and drove me to the airport at 5.00 am at no extra cost.(I stayed 2 nights). Actually and renting a motorbike just next door makes it possible to go wherever you like on Phuket and is many beaches. No overdone luxury and unneeded facilities making it expensive. Clean, safe and a pool, what else you need? The free fast wifi all over the complex is convenient. The airport bus stop was down the road which made it convenient and cheap (90 baht/adult/one way) to go to Central Festival shopping centre in Phuket town. They actively try to discourage mosquitoes (which are everywhere in Phuket) by burning mosquitos coils and citronella candles. Excellent staff, helped me while I was sick with food poisoning, giving medicine etc free, very caring. Also got up at 5 am to make sure our taxi arrived on time to take us to airport. we are return customers who got engaged there and retunred in honeymoon because so good. The cute lady who runs the hotel gave us the most warm welcome when we arrived! The rooms are so cozy, clean and peaceful. Quite and relaxing just beach 200 mtrs with plenty of eating option. Booked a speed boat tour to phi-phi and than James bond with help of a local travel agent at 1600 Bht. Hotel is just amazing, well kept and definitely value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers the best breakfast among the many hotels i stayed in in Thailand. The pool is pretty nice. It is also close to Naiyang Beach which provides us a soothing experience though it does not have a big name. The pool room we stayed in was really nice. To get to the hotel from the centre, you either go through a long alleway that is muddy (no big issue), or you cross through the Indigo hotel and it´s facilities. We did so everytime and no problem. The place is quite small. Phuket centre, if that´s what you´re looking for is quite far away. The beach is enormous however. The guards of Indigo Pearl hotel wouldn't let me walk to their property although I was using their diving center services. It seemed they let older people just walk through the property, but not younger. But the ally to the beach is alright, nothing to be afraid of, just a bit sandy. I took a flashlight with me at night but would have easily managed without it, too. - Superior rooms are connected 2 by 2 by a wood door (you can hear even the whisperings in the neighbours room --> earplugs) - uncomfortable dark path (500m) to the beach (access through Indiago Pearl Hotel denied sometimes by their guardians) - annoying noisy mosque in the surroundings (ear plugs required for the night!). The "door" to my room was a bi fold thing which was a bit awkward and klunky. Not really a dislike but when staying long the breakfast gets a bit boaring. For example no pancakes not even every now and than. The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking but I had just stayed at a 4 star resort in Kata the night before and the mattress there was also very firm. Compared to Sydney(Australia) beaches, the beach there was lined with litter. It overcharges a lot on shuttle van service to Phuket town. Luckily, we compared the prices and chose the airport bus which was much much cheaper. Nothing - it was all good. The walk to the beach is through an uncomfortable muddy and dark lane. I suggest you to walk through Indigo Pearl Hotel (if at the beginning guardians will not allow you just ask kindly). Soundproofing of the rooms is very bad. The Access to go to the beach it's quite long and it gets really dirty with the rain, but the hotel still worth it!. The place was tranquil. Pool was beautiful. Lovely and clean. Breakfast meals were delicious. It was perfect for the relaxing holiday that I wanted. The beach is not good-not clean. But this is not about hotel:) just keep it mind. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. Little noisy in the morning due to temporary constructions nearby the hotel. Uncomfortable bed. n.a. Nothing bad I could point out about this hotel. Nothing. no door lock. 1.Not easy to find. 2. Very poor carparking indeed. mosquitoes. Nothing. Just to advise that the walk to the beach through a lane could be difficult after heavy rain. It was OK for us though. We weren't allowed access through Indigo Pearl. Everything was superb!. Pest control. Too far from the town. nothing. Mosquitos, although much effort by hosts to deter the pests. 1. Seapines Villa is not good for tourist because It is far from Phuket Town, Patong, Kamla area and vendors of tours are not providing free transfer from my stay area and I paid huge extra transfer charges of 2400 B for 2 days tour trips of Islands. My Stay cost was reached around 5900 Baht so it is not Budget-Friendly. (2) It was also strange to me that Seapines Villa is not providing iron/Cloth press facility. Nothing.
