Loved everything about this resort! Me and my fiancee stayed there for almost a week during low season (end of August) and we highly appreciated the quite and "low key" atmosphere. The staff was super polite, friendly and attentive/observant. The beachfront villas were elegantly furnished and kept high standard. Restaurant area is perfectly placed in front of the beach and pool area with great sea view. They also offered free use of bike cycles (and kayaks) which we enjoyed much. Great to be ab.

The teritory of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, and villas are just fantastic! We were upgraded for free for beachfront villa (low season), so this villa was amazing, very well furnished! WiFi was everywhere for free. We really recommend this hotel!. The place is new, so as everything within it. The staff is still learning the ropes, but they are very kind and friendly with it. They make you feel like a celebrity. Facilities are great, some parts are still not finished, but nothing that could ruin your sight. Free bikes, great breakfast buffet, good restaurant with specials nights, all in all perfect vacation. The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable and clean. The gym was well equipped, and the pool area is lovely. The restaurant is nice and reasonable priced. The staff were friendly. Beach is beautiful. Plenty other restaurants nearby to choose from. relaxing location - free from backpackers and hippys. The room is quite new. I like the big window and the design. You can borrow bike and kayaka from the hotel for free. The swimming pool is beautifil and the beach is clean and smooth. The price is resonable.Breakfast is good and the restrarnt' view is beautiful. The beach front rooms were very nicely finished and very well put together. Staff very polite and attentive. Fantastic location on the northern section of beach.Close to main pier for easy access to shopping,eating and ferries to other islands. Not as affected by tourism as other places in Thailand. Honestly, we can't think of any!. The hotel restaurant was rather expensive and with not so much to choose from the menu. We would recommend the hotel to consider broadening the menu and lowering the prices - a lot of people would stay there for lunch and dinner. Otherwise - Saladan peer with lots of good restaurants is only 100 batt away by tuk-tuk. From our room we could hear roosters from across the street village in the morning, no deal breaker, but use earplugs if you hate nature sounds. No spa (not finished) - Although there are plenty other hotels along the beach that would probably let you use theirs. Beach bar was poor. Rubbish cocktails in plastic tumblers - Also quite expensive. The hotel is being decoration. Some parts of the hotel have not finished. Cutting grass in the afternoon, very noisy. It takes 5 mins by car, 10 mins by bike and 30 mins on foot from the town to the hotel. The recepetion is inside the hotel and far away from the gate. It should have some chairs on the gate for the people who are waiting for the pick- up by the travel agents. Pool area needs finished to a better standard and the spar area for treatments need music during a massage. This should be standard. Some parts of the hotel are under construction, which means you see the occasional rusty fence or tarpaulin. Also, some rooms are located right on the street and can be noisy/smelly at times. - lunch in restaurant wasn't so great - beach villas should have small decks instead of sitting on ground but it's a detail. Wish the staff could understand English properly as there are no local guests and almost 100% guests communicate in English. Some staff could not speak english. May be a littel more speaking turms?. Unfortunately this hotel and complex is not yet up to 5 star quality. The grounds are yet to be finished and there is allot of maintenance still being carried out on accommodation buildings. I would not say this hotel is more than a 4 star at best.
