Fabulous resort! It has everything a holiday maker wants... Restaurant (tasty & reasonable- Thai dishes from 140-190 baht), swim up pool bar, amazing pool, 24hour reception, roomservice, it's right on the beach and a few minutes walk is restaurants, bars, massage and cheaper laundry services. The staff were excellent from te moment we drive into the property til we drive out. We were welcomed at the car with cold drinks and cool towel and our bags taken straight out I our hands to the room.

Unadulterated luxury, fabulous pools, beautiful rooms with absolutely everything one could ever wish for even an iPod docking station. Fantastic activities available daily inc pilates, yoga, cooking classes etc. It was truly great value for money too. Breakfast was a feast of a buffet serving every imaginable treat! Wonderful helpful smiling staff. Taxi available day and night at good prices. Thank you Sensimar. we went there in August, in low season. Place was very quiet: Rooms are perfect. Very modern, although integrating very well in the landscape. Excellent for relaxation. Pools and gym facilities are excellent. The staff is very kind. Very good breakfast. Good wifi. This was my favorite resort stay during my entire Asian vacation! Everyone was so genuinely sweet and really cared to make sure I was having a relaxing good time. Loved the pool and the beach was amazing!. Well run beach front resort, large rooms,lovely pools, excellent friendly service, good food,breakfast buffet superb. luxurious room breakfast and dinner at the beach restaurant very helpfull staff nice pool. Massage, yoga classes but that can be understandable as we stayed in July being low season.there was massage a couple minutes walk away anyway. Absolutely nothing!. Difficult to say. Although the food was excellent in the restaurant, the menu was a bit limited for dinner if we were to stay for dinner every day. ( maybe due to low season?). Didnt like not having full mini bar.....Because of the setting in Khao Lak with the forest & lush vegetation there are lots of mossies. Take plenty of repellent. staff is still learning, but we did not mind because they do their very best. Going home. Did not like the main road passing through Khao lak where you went to see a few people in the evening or visit a restaurant or some shopping. Very noisy and touristic. Staff at the restaurant barely speaks English. Not many options to choose from at the restaurant menu. Food at restaurant not great & severely overpriced Wanted to charge for wireless even though when booked it was free. I needed to leave a day early but was unable to get a refund for the night I didn't use, even though the resort was less than 1/4 full. The Germans, Russian and French. Sea water was cloudy, so no snorkeling. Unfriendly German guests.
