very friendly staff from bottom to top level staff not just concierge. Room are very nice and clean. Room sizing and the hotel facility is good. Location great. Pool area is beautiful. On the beach and quiet. The friendly staff and service was excellent. Staff were very nice and the design of the hotel was unique. Staff, Service Mind. Due to the fact that i travel with children, i felt that the hotel room is not safe for children since the furnitures have sharp edge and every plugs are too low. most of them either 30 cm or the highest is 90 cm from the ground.
