Had a great time! The swimmingpool was super super great! Already booked my next trip to marrakesh hua hin! (under another name) and we are even taking a second couples with us and they also booked a room, this can only mean it's A ok to stay there!.
The pool is huge (125m ish) and well maintained. The room was for a family of 4 but quite small. 1 double bed and a sofa bed for the kids in the kitchen diner. Very clean and good spec.all reviews »
Residence is really well located, directly on the beach and not far from center. Quite comfortable, fantastic pool. Good value for money. Decent restaurant.

location so good , nearly with everything cicada market and many more. But the most favorite things in Marakesh is long swimming pool , very relax !.

I know it's a apartel so everything is easy going but once in a while come and check the bathroom.
Stayed 4 nights 5 days and we knew that they would not change towels and bedsheets but come and check sometimes pls.
They tried to charge me the late checking out charge for checking out early (5am)! I refused and they backed down. Quite expensive for what you get, I was expecting either more space or a better room view. The view was out the side of the hotel although you could still see the sea.

However, I saw some dirt in the pool. Inside the room, they should provide a hair dryer and a kettle.

Guests are required to check in at Hua Hin Stay Office just past Hua Hin Soi 83, to present documents and pay cash deposit.
Please note the property is not a serviced apartment or hotel, therefore some services are not available, and all guests are required to sign and abide by the rental terms and conditions as well as the property rules and regulations.
Apartments are assigned based on availability and cannot be changed once confirmed. Linens and towels will be provided according to the number of guests. No extras will be provided. The property does not provide pool towels. If the number of guests exceed the maximum occupancy, guests will be required to book an extra room for the same period.
A refundable key deposit of THB 2,000 is required for bookings made up to 7 nights and THB 5,000 for bookings of 7 nights or more.
An additional charge of THB 300 will apply for guests checking in after 20:00 or checking out before 08:00 hrs.
Housekeeping services are provided twice a week for guests who stay a minimum of 6 nights.
Electricity fee will be charged at THB 6 per kilowatt for guests who stay longer than 20 nights.
The residence only provides 1 free car park per unit booked. Parking space is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and may be full during peak periods.
Please note that while regular check in time starts from 14:00, this may be slightly delayed up to 16:00 during peak periods.
