Good location: walking distance to the night-bazar and to the old town. Helpful staff. Clean and confortable room. Good breakfast. Free internet. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and exactly as described on the website. The hotel is in an excellent location in terms of accessing all tourist sites. There is also a wonderful taxi service located just across the street from the hotel.

The suite is very comfort but the superior or deluxe rooms is very smalland uncomfort. Free internet, nice and kind staff, clean rooms, near to everything, spa. near to everything , nice and clean hotel. Polite and helpful staffs. Very central location in walking distance to Skytrain and water-taxis, which helps you get around the crazy traffic on the roads. The gliding screen between bed and living area is a nice feature in the room.Pleasant rooms, free wireless in lobby, pleasant staff. Close to Night bazzar , and easy access to anywhere.it is very near to center but far from noises. good location, 10 mins. to night bazaar.The superior terrace room is big. nice stafff. massage. Size of the room. The room doors are manually locked and, when checking in, you are given only one key (even if two people are staying in the room). This may be problematic for some people. mix up with hotel pick up. There are no internet service in the rooms !!!! also there are no roomservice !!!. The AC switches off as soon as the room key is removed. That means that - depending on the time the cleaning staff left - your room is unbearably hot when you check in at evening time and you cannot really get to sleep. Also, the AC is very noisy. The changing /shower / toilet area for the pool could be improved.They tried to charge me extra on top of the agreed fee when I was trying to leave. I'd arranged a late departure for 500 Baht, they phoned up saying they wanted 1500 baht. The argument over this spoiled the end of the visit and also disrupted my preparation for my flight. Internet, They should be provide in room also both Wifi and Lan. sweeming pool is very small. no internet connection in rooms, indoor reception area have lots of mosquitoes.room cleanliness. There is no replacement of toiletries in the bathroom. some of the rooms are not in the main building of the hotel, but in an "appartement building" on the right and on the left of the main building; however our room was a kind of little appartement with a fridge and microwave.Average breakfast. Breakfast was a bit disappointing Very low entrance to bathroom Safety of electrical equipment in bathroom. The hotel is the worse hotel I had ever stayed in. It was tired and old. There was no hot water for shower and no service space to put anything in the bathroom. The bedroom looks good on the web site but it was cold and there was not any extra blanket to be found anywhere! I have stayed in motel for less money and better standard! I paid US$4 for a 8 min local call!.
