The staff did nothing else but take excellent care of you! When you were to sit in the lounge, one of the staff members would either come and make sure a light was on or a fan was on so you would be well. The little bananas and coffee disnt hurt either. Always a smile on the face of the staff. Plus, the rooms were very cozy too. It's really nice stay in this GH, the host Shanshan is so nice and helpful, she told us where to get the breakfast and offer coffee&banana free, also agree to keep our baggage in her place till we found another GH. Though we just stay 1 night, it will be wonderful memorry for all of us.
all reviews » The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We were in a group of 3 girls and felt very safe there. The rooms were really clean and cosy and our beds were made every day. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to both families, couples and groups of backpackers. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The place was clean and well presented and close to the old town square, yet not right on top of it. Good location and great value i enjoyed my stay and would go back there if i ever went to chiang mai again. No sleepers in the room. The hotel is a bit far from Tai Pet Gate, have to walk 20mins. No elevater if you stay upstairs. Nothing...loved it all!!!. Bathroom was a little small but user friendly nonetheless. no elevator; noise of doors being slammed on my floor or others during day (but did not hear it during the night). No elivator. Mosquitos in room, safety box is very small and light, can be taken away any time. Eateries places quite far, very inconvenient. No breakfast offer, free instant coffee and banana only. Location may not safe, some belongings placed outside lost. They enhanced the lock for the door to terrace when we aparted. We were on 5th floor no lift which became annoying. Lumpy badly sprung and noisy mattress -not hotel grade. Parking not secure and difficult (on the road outside) Room was overpriced in respect of no lift. Furniture in room was old and worn, toilet/shower needs updating, lots of cracks in the tiles and dirt. the bed was too hard some of he staff need to be able understand other peoplebeen a good base.
