all reviews » The location is great; very close to Victory Monument bts Station. The hotel is in a small alley but not difficult to find. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls in the area. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The room is spacious and comfortable for a one-night stay. Wi- fi signal is available in the room and free of charge. Friendly helpful staff, good size comfortable room and close to Victory Monument Skytrain Station so getting to weekend markets, shopping and sightseeing is very easy with a day ticket. Our room have no personal key we want to change room but manager said tht hotel is fully booked we checked still hv few rooms available on letsbookhotel.com. But they denied to change our room. Night so noisy from the lobby. What I didn't like is bathroom a bit old and wifi is poor ( in my room could not connect wifi), moreover, In room no hairdryer, when my dear went to ask for it, receptionist needed to charge more cost. bed and pillow,simply terrible, same as sleeping on the floor because it was rock hard bed and i could say same about pillow. Bathroom. Staff is unfriendly. Breakfast really bad, needs renovation. The smoke smelling room The wifi that didn't work (this is on purpose so we couldn't find an alternative hotel) The lack of sun loungers at pool The awful breakfast The tatty bathroom The uninterested staff. Absolute nightmare place. They were very unhelpful while we were staying there, the room stank like smoke, and the STOLE money out of my bank account via my credit card details after I had checked out of the hotel!!!.
