Location 10 mins from victory monument bts station which has a bts station and large bus station; the latter is useful for day trips out of bangkok I.e ayuthaya. Very clean hotel and reception staff speak good English. The hotel staff in general were very welcoming and friendly. There is a large supermarket nearby. Hotel is outside of the main tourist areas (the local area is very authentic) yet very well connected via the bts. Great hotel and well worth the money. There are massage services, w.

The room cleaning was done a bit later after noon than other hotels I stayed before which was usually done in the morning or before noon. Staff's English knowledge needs to be improved and some members should be trained to learn how to behave in a polite way. Nothing. The hotel is a bit difficult to find. None. We came to the hotel after 3 p.m. Official check-in at 2 p.m. But we're waiting our room almost till 4 p.m. cause it hasn't been cleaned before we came. Difficult to find, old furniture. I booked smoking room and on arrival was told no smoking and they gave me paper to sign ..No smoking 2000 baht fine... that's the only thing wrong with the place..., I'm not happy going 7 floors dwn when I want smoke. The room was as to be expected for what you pay. Generally clean albeit a little rundown. . Extremely dirty, room but also the restaurant.
