A small hotel with a nice garden for breakfast to dinner outside. A place to feel at home different from the big anonymous hotel chains. I will go there again next time. good location 3 minutes to Sky train staion,bars,resturants and shooping nice garden restaurant with good pool spacious rooms with good bathroom and lots of hot water. the location is the main asset of this hotel , the garden is cosy and night time you can diner around the swimming pool very romantic and anusual il this area.

There was a large bed up against the wall in the corridor directly opposite my room door; the corridors are very narroe to begin with; this made the corridor/hallway look very dingy; you must have a storage room -use it!. front office staff has a long way to go in order to reach what use to be some of the best in BKK. Prices on menu had not been updated so we paid more for breakfast etc. The bathroom in our room needed to be cleaned a bit more throughly, there were traces of previous guest. Steg did not speak good enough English. The room was small, the bathroom very small, no ventilation on bathroom! TV old fashion. warm water on bathroom not working good! Electrical switch inside the shower, Corridor to room was used as storage place, no fire exit from the room/ hotel. Expected to be a bit cleaner and nicer. Small room Air-con too powerful for room size even at lowest setting. The small pool is situated at the front of the hotel alongside a dining area which is perhaps why it closes at 6p.m. prompt. The already expensive mini-bar prices become outrageously so after check out staff add a so called tax of 33% to the bill. Example:- can of tonic priced at 30 baht is charged at 40baht on checkout!. beds way too hard A/C hardly working poor standard of rooms elevator. for the price .it is not good value. The room was small and old furnished, the swimming pool dirty, the Wi-Fi connection was poor. The restaurant was overpriced. room very small not what in the advertising in the site of booking room size is 34 m2 but in the reall it is not even 12m2 and too dirty. rude staff dirt hotel no baths in room not good value compared with other hotels within 2 minute walk.
